Selling obviously returned items as ‘new’
Ordered a Makita Battery Lawn mower, arrived very quickly the following day. The box however looks like it has been whacked with a club and has been wrapped about a dozen times in three different types of tape, with a previous plastic ‘invoice enclosed’ sleeve stuck on it. Unit has clearly been returned at least once so I think it’s a bit cheeky to be selling as a ‘new’ item. Raised it with them to try and swap with a new unit and got a generic ‘check the contents response’ which is rather besides the point!
