I got my triple helix done today and I’m so happy with how it turned out. The instructor and students part of the piercing course were amazing and it was done really professionally. Everyone was friendly too :) thank you!!

Had such a blast at tattoo academy piercing course. Got done both my rook and a flat. I absolutely love it. They was so kind and caring and looked after me the minute I was there till minute I left. So thank you guys so much for the lovely service

Can't recommend this academy enough! Went today to have my tragus piercing done and they couldn't of made me feel anymore at ease. What a lovely bunch :-)

The standard and the way it was run, was completely unsatisfactory and has led me to many concerns, from professionality, ameutrity and to the loss of genuinity on many points. Please see below for the summaries of each. Further details can be asked for if necessary.
ProfessionalismI did like Sunny as an individual, but unfortunately the lack of skill and teaching material was extremely below average. There has been a recording taken by a member of my course of him speaking about personal issues for a lengthy amount of time. Many topics were inappropriate and the lack of respect would cost a professions job if this happened in any other workplace.
Course Information- The course ran from 10-5pm daily for 2 weeks.Every day the course didn't start until after 11am, with us always leaving before 4.45 and as early as 4.15.
- We unfortunately did not receive any information regarding the hygiene and aftercare until Day 3 (Wednesday) with the course exam being ran on Friday. Most information was irrelevant to tattooing.
- Only a 5 minute demonstration of tattooing was shown and the rest of self experimentation on fake skin. I completely see that practicing is how you progress, however, the basics of how to taper and stretch the skin in certain ways to tattoo were not shown and watching a short video on youtube was more educational. If I hadn't watched these videos there would have been no chance in me achieving a tattoo at the end of the final week. Alan's input in the small amount of time he entered the studio was a lot more beneficial then the duration I had with Sunny.
Your website states - 
- 'Students will also be taught how to dismantle and reassemble tattoo machines so that they get a deeper understanding of how they run and learn various parts of the machine. This will help the pupil in the future if they need to change coils, springs, armature bars, etc.'
We were not taught this on the course.
- 'Access to online student chatroom and networking.'Could you please direct me to this?
- 'Access to our student shop where you can purchase your own machinery and equipment.'Being told to pay cash for the machine didn't fill me with confidence.
- 'You will receive an audio before you begin the course so you have a good understanding before attending.'I did not receive this.
- 'Everything is provided' Incorrect, we were frowned upon for not having the correct drawing equipment. 

Legalities/False AdvertisementThe main reasons for this email is the research I have been doing following the 'Tattoo Safe' and the qualification you have stated on your website.
Tattoo Safe, which has been used on your website, on your front of shop and inside your academy has dissolved.I am aware that it has been set up under a different Name - Tattoo Safe Regulations.However, this is not what has been posted and also concerned to why it was dissolved?
The website tattosaferegister that has been advertised on your website, also is invalid.
 It states on your website you receive an 'Level 2 VTQ' -
Following the above points, the 'exam paper' states Tattoo Safe at the top. Stated by yourselves you were standing in front of the council in the fourth-coming months, can you please explain the legalities of being able to advertise this on document?
Due to the certificates being printed in house, and wrongly named on 3 occasions, could you please confirm the legal governing body so I can check that the correct information has been given, and that I am able to use these certificates to represent my studies nationally?
I hope you understand why my concerns have come to light.A lot of information given, doesn't add up and would like the above point answered by email at your earliest convenience.

Basically start from 0, and in the 10 days course over 2 weeks. Got out of it with full knowledge of the tattooing word.
And decent tattoo skills which will implement with practice.

I completed the tattoo course with this academy. Really really great. Amazing team and teachers, all so friendly and accommodating and I learnt so much.. Fantastic atmosphere and they all have some serious talent. Would definitely recommend, for either the tattoo course or for any of the teams incredible body art. 10/10 all round from me.

Sunny is the best teacher, pulls you out your comfort zone and pushes you forward to do better!
The structure of the course is really good and you are made to feel belonged, no question is a stupid question, and no one is left out.
I’d do it all again tomorrow!

Sunny was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made the course a pleasure to attend and everyday was interesting. I’d recommend this course to anyone looking to get into the tattooing world. Especially the Romford academy

i loved everyone including sunny our lovely teacher. it was the funniest class ever and i wish everyone the best. hopefully all 16 of us can open our own big tattoo studio.

I had a great experience with Alan(2023) & Sunny!(2021) Doing both Body Piercing & Tattooing! They were both friendly and funny! And very comfortable to work with! I am now a full time body piercing and adding in tattooing slowly!🖤 Thankful!

Great time with Sonny for 2 weeks learnt so much and now tattooing full time. This is the perfect introduction to tattooing for the basics would recommend.

I did a course with them in Dec 2022. I thought they were great. Really helpful and knowledgeable. Sunny is a real sweetheart. I recommend 100%.
