We offer a full house energy audit using the latest technology including the use of thermal imaging cameras to assess where energy is being lost in the home, this will allow us to make impartial recommendations where mostly inexpensive improvements can be applied that will quickly bring a return on the investment so that the customer will soon be in profit as a result of the energy saving solutions that we advise and install saving hundreds of pounds each year on their current energy bills

Prompt service

The service was very prompt from the day I made the appointment for a survey to the date of installation of the energy consultant's recommendation by the fitters Kelvin and Ryan.
I would recommend this company to others who are wishing to save money on their energy bills.

Hard sell to two 80+ pensioners

Hard sell to two 80+ pensioners. £1100 for work that they didnt ask for or understand, and with a boiler less than 3 months old. Breakdown after 2 days due to the overpriced filter that was fitted leaking leaving them with no heating or hot water. Reported the issue to customer services, no call back, no further contact. Still waiting for the engineer to call back.Had to get in a competent heating engineer to rectify and check the work done. Luckily our engineer turned up the same day as he wasnt prepared to see vunerable OAP's with health issues left in a cold house without hot water. Reported to Trading standards. Avoid at all costs

Revised following reply.

An email and letter has been sent today. My calls were made at 11.40 and again at 12.02. The later identified that the engineer would call back within the hour.

Rip Off

After realising that our boiler and radiators were new, the salesman advised us to have the Silver Package... Radflek radiator Shields professionally fitted behind all our radiators, Endotherm System additive and they would bleed and balance all radiators.(we only needed the Radflek) Because we are OAP's and disabled, the guy said that this would be a £295 reduction, so only costing £500!! We did our own £29.99 from Amazon. Easy- peasy. It took me (75yr old disabled female) ONE and a Half hours with a saving of £470

I am glad you have acted on our advice. As you say yourself it was the Silver package that we recommended which is much more than just the supply and fit of Radflek. (all details can be found on our website at www.ukhomesave.com).
There are many dupes of Radflek on the market that do not work as efficiently, ours is supplied direct from manufacturer and professionally fitted (recommended for peak performance). Along with the other parts of the silver package we are happy that we proved excellent value for money.
