Great Service - Excellent Product
I had my old pair of Hair Tools Straightners for nearly 10 years, they were brilliant so I knew I would get value for money with my new ones. I only paid £24.95 for a pair of thermo ceramic straightners from your company. They arrived within a couple of days and they are great, they take seconds to heat up. They do catch your hair but its not a major problem as many straightners do anyway but I would rate these over the GHD products anyday for price and reliability.

I am very displeased with it store. they are once again tricked me. I will be very actively recommend to all to not used your store! Theirs bonus is "Free delivery worldwide .." - The full fraud! After I has made another order, they sent me a letter - "Thank you for your order and payment. Unfortunately, this order does not qualify for free delivery due to the weight. If you would still like us to send the order it will be an extra £40 pound sterling." I refused, but they have already removed money from my card. And while back, a week passed, I lost time and $ 9 for unnecessary transaction

We do offer free delivery on all orders, but have always reserved the right to charge postage on large or heavy orders – which is clearly stated on the delivery section of every product page. Your most recent order was over 3kg in weight and the cheapest postage to Uzbekistan was more than £55, which is why we asked you to contribute to the cost on this occasion. We’re very sorry to hear you incurred bank charges and obviously will refund these.

Just what I needed.
I needed new scissors, I'm hair dresser from Finland, and here the scissors I wanted costs WAY TOO MUCH! And the delivery time is something like 8weeks, 'cos long scissors (over 5,5") are so rare. So this site and webstore is just what I need. This is a second time I order from here.

No good for natural wavy hair
Over the day my hair goes the way it would have been if I would have let it dry natural, (flat and wavy in directions that I did not intend it to be).
It does not keep the style that I intend it to be.
It is now stuck in a draw no use to me. A refund would be nice but I have gone over the 28 days return policy trying to make do with a faulty product.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IONICS IS NO GOOD IF YOUR HAIR IS NO GOOD IN HIGH HUMIDITY.

Okay!
Although I sepcified to be delivered to a different address, they still delivered to my home address and of course, I wasn't hoome. That's why I wanted it to be delivered to my work address in the 1st place! Now I have to get in touch with Royal mail and have to go and pick up the package from their depot and the times they are open is not suitable for me as I'm working. Delivery is a key thing for me, so I am very disappointed about the service.

Further to your recent comments, we have tried to contact you via email but have not received any response (and unfortunately you did not include your telephone number with your order). Having checked our system, you entered your delivery and billing details in reverse, ie you entered your home address as the delivery address and visa versa. We’re sorry we didn’t identify this prior to dispatch. Having checked the Royal Mail track and trace service, it appears your item was delivered on the 26/05/2012.
