We were told at the beginning that we would save approx 8p a litre of fuel as we started using card at tesco and Morrison's and checked we discovered that we actually ended up paying more , phone UK fuel and all they said was that they started charging UK fuel cards to use them , no one from UK fuel had the thought of contacting customers to let them know of changes , basically very poor communication. Asked for refund on extra charges what we weren't aware of , it's in process ,we will see. Cancelled account and still didn't get emails when we asked for confirmation.
Very poor customer service, prices individaly match to customers to rip you off, not recommended
