Ring up before ordering.
Have products ‘available’ on the website which aren’t available. If products aren’t in stock regardless of the reasons this should be shown clearly on the website. Take your money then offer you an alternative which is £400+ more expensive. Take ages to refund money.

Money refunded instantly, banks take there time unfortunately and can take 3 days. Nothing in my control.
There was a shortage due to a rush on them and supply issues from the USA due to the coronavirus. A bit of understanding is needed in this time of unpresidented conditions.
The alternative offer was all we had in stock.
Great Service
Great customer service during the difficult virus situation. Highly Recommended.

My order
My order, placed before midday on a Friday, so qualified for next day delivery. Order value was only £9.50 but postage was £12.50, felt this was a bit steep but I wanted the stuff to fix my roof on Saturday. Company then got in touch as they wanted £32 to deliver on a Saturday. Outrageous, so complained and they just cancelled the order. Poor service, would have been nice if they honoured the order or at least promised to deliver it on Monday.

Hi Melfyn,
After you placed your order we were informed by you that you needed it Saturday. As Saturday is a special delivery with TNT we have to pass on the costs as it costs us the £30 plus vat for delivery.
The item you ordered is actually classed as dangerous so it's not cheap for delivery as it has to be handled by a specialist carrier such as TNT. It cannot be posted with someone like Royal Mail.
You then advised you didn't want to pay the extra and would be very disappointed as you needed to finish your job. We understood this to be a nessesety for Saturday and as we couldn't arrange for Saturday delivery due to extra payment needed we would best in Refunding you so you could arrange an alterative. We would have been more than happy to process for Monday if this had been explained to us as we refunded you several hours before the cut off time for delivery.
I am sorry that we might have miss understood your request but we wanted you to be able to get the materials for Saturday as explained to us was nessesety so we refuded you so you could sourse locally.

Thanks M for the free heat gun nozzle.
We have done several projects with the Resitrix SKW Black full bond product, set up not much blower 2 rollers about it.
Did test bits first excellent welding with heat gun.
We used stainless steel for a 10m radiused 10meter gutter 8inches wide very difficult to make join etc. We found SKW and was off and running. Next job 6m 400mm wide 5m radiused now doing today 12m 400mm wide radiused. Cut out of 10m role 1m wide got 12 food running out of 1m wide (75mm up sides) very few joints. Then 333mm up sides. Straight is great but we like a challenge! All you need to keep is one role of 1m and can do most jobs from stock also. Kind regards Rob from Somerset.
