Great customer service
Ordered from UK Business and unfortunately their courier badly damaged the parcel. Contacted them straight away and I have to say I was very impressed with the customer service I received. Considering it wasn't their fault the package was damaged they arranged for a replacement to go out very quickly. Problems do occur, its the nature of the beast but a company who responds quickly, politely and efficiently is certainly one I want to do business with.
