We bought our brand new house 4 years ago. We got 10 years of warranty with NHBC. We have 3 toilets in the house and all the seats broke around the same time. We contacted roca about the case and they replaced all of them very quickly for free of charge. The communication was easy and very quick. Thank you.

contacted roca asking for replacement washer for leaking flush valve.was informed they did not make one and i should replace the whole valve unit costing £50.found out they did make the washer cost £3.informed roca customer services that i had been lied to.no attempt by them to correct their money makeing scam.

we bought a place in Paignton 1.5 years ago kitted out by a builder with all Roca hardware including sinks taps bath etc. However over a week ago I noticed our Roca tap was leaking and decided to purchase a cartridge for it. This arrived within 3 days from Roca , I was already to fit it but noticed it was slightly different from the tap I had. After getting in touch with Liann at Roca she got the right one sent out in a kit and said I can get a refund on the wrong one purchased so I shipped that back and virtually the same day received the replacement. I have bought Roca stuff in the past and will continue to purchase on any upgrades I do in the future their service is brilliant all round

Roca after sales service is excellent and impressive. Within a day and I just sent them a few photos, they were able to advise me the model number of the toilet seat and cover which I need for replacement. Really appreciate their quick response to answer my question which had bothered me for weeks. Special thanks to Megan.

Roca, good old customer service

Thought I would stand on the loo seat to clean the window above, what could possibly go wrong?
Megan was BRILLIANT, gave me the right part number and pointed me toward the nearest stockist ( also 3cheers to Plumbase) and within less than 24 hours all sorted. Thank you Megan, you were quick, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

I needed to replace a ROCA product that was & it was very easy to get through to the customer service rep at ROCA. Once I did speak with the team, & I had to make several calls as the product was over 10 years old. The team were extremely helpful in resolving matters for me quickly.

I had a problem identifying a broken cistern valve on a old Roca toilet, spoke to Elliott at Roca and sent him a picture and within 10 minutes I received email with all the information that I needed.

What a great Company, very fast response to my email query and able to solve my issue immediately. Shout out to Raj, he is always very helpful. Thank you!

Toilet seat hinges Rust after a few months & Rocca won’t replace as not a manufacturing fault.
Last loo seat hinges (another brand) didn’t rust in 25 years.
It’s a real shame as I like the look of their products but will no longer recommend Rocca to clients.

Had a part break after a year of having. The customer services team, Elliott to be precise, was very helpful and sent us a new toilet flush and we have now got it working again.

In July I moved into a new build apartment in Edinburgh. About two weeks ago our toilet seat incurred a significant crack and as there are only two pensioners in the house, it mostly certainly wasn't any excessive use or abuse. I struggled to find a replacement and then fortunately found my ROCA 5 year guarantee and the ROCA email address. The Customer Service staff were simply superb and arranged for a replacement seat to be delivered to my home. My thanks to Elliot and Meggan for providing such a fantastic service and I am extremely grateful for the understanding and support. Definitely delighted with ROCA products.

I needed a new toilet seat but had no clue out of the 72 different models to order. Contacted Roca via their website to seek advice. Very prompt response from Elliot who told me I needed a number from the inside of the toilet cistern to give to them in order for them to identify the model number. Included instructions how to get the cistern top off. Sent that off and very shortly had a response with the model number and where I could purchase one. Really helpful, most impressed. Thank you to Elliot for his assistance so quickly. Top marks!
