Ordered an accessory for a Samsung phone which has never arrived. Emailed them to say it never arrived. Received a cryptic reply asking me to confirm delivery address. Then nothing.
I have emailed since and received no reply.
No goods no refund.
Not a company i will deal with again.

I ordered two mobile phone batteries from this store on a Sunday night, I made a mistake on my order, quickly emailed customer services who replayed the next day and amended my order, received the correct batteries couple of days later. All good 👍

Battery works and looks brand new as expected. A receipt from uk mobile stores or there address in the envelope would have been useful as I could not distinguish their battery from a one I bough on e bay.

Delivered faulty Samsung charger and returns are a nightmare. I guess read the small print in future or just order off Amazon who have no issues with returns of faulty goods.
