Horrible shop, I paied and got nothing
Terrible shop! I order paid a month ago was confirmed from delivery same day and not delivered! No one replies to me. Written 3 email, several app messages and calls.

Paid for a full order in advance and only received half!
Paid for a full order in advance, only received parts. No-one answers the phone or e-mail to receive the remaining part of my order. Already trying to get hold of someone for 6 months without any feedback from their side.

Worst experience ever!
I placed an order 30/01/2023, and I still have not received it. Tracking information says that my order has NOT been handed over to DHL, but the money is already drawn from my bank account :-(. They were so bold as to ask me to review the product that they never sent me! Repeated attempts to contact customer service remains unanswered, no service at all. The worst shopping experience ever! Don't order anything here, you might as well throw your money out the window....
