I am no stranger to coloring my own hair and toning. I have been doing it for years and completely understand the process the do’s and the don’ts. I got swayed into purchasing their toner and of course I had to buy a certain amount to get free shipping so I purchased two bottles. I followed the directions to the letter and it was like nothing was in the bottle. OK my fault. I shouldn’t have bought two bottles. nonetheless I did and I’ve been trying to return the one bottle, not even asking for my money back from the first bottle and although they keep asking for photos of my hair, I keep telling them that I had to quickly use other products I had left over to fix my bleached only hair as I had a meeting the next morning. Since then, no response from my inquiries. And the fact they have no customer service phone number is extremely suspect as to how this company is run. Speaking of running I would suggest you do so before purchasing any of their products just based on their customer service alone. With that said, I also purchased their purple correction gel and that seems to work just fine. But the toners are absolutely awful.

I bought 8.1b which is supposed to be a light ash blonde. My hair was a medium brassy blonde from prior highlights. Now my hair is brown black, thanks to this dye, which I thought would cancel out the brass and lighten new growth. How do you end up with brown black hair when the box says it's light ash blonde? When I contacted customer service to tell them this, they told me this isn't blonde hair dye. How does that make sense when the word LIGHT BLONDE is in its name? It literally has the word blonde in its name! Huh??! At that point, I just gave up. Guess I'm stuck with this ugly, dark, aging hair color unless I want to go back to spending $100 at the hair salon.

Visited with my partner for the first time today. The decor of the pub was stunning and the food was spot on. The service was great from both the staff and we were served by Chelsie and Ellie. They were friendly and helpful making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We will definitely be visiting again over Christmas.

i dyed my hair with your dark brown dye on sunday 10/6/24 the color looks amazing but i got a very bad allergic reaction all over my body to your product i ended up in the er ive been box dying my hair over 15 years nothing like this has every happened

I wasn't a fan of the toner. I'm pretty sad about it too because I seen on a online ad it was the best.
Definitely not the best product. My hair was still very yellow and I followed the directions to a T.

I've tried Swartzkoff, and Wella 14 and 18, and many others. Only Ugly Duckling has provided the toner that takes the red/gold out of my light blonde hair.

Love your 100v toner. I have ash blonde
hair that gets very brassy. This toner is
excellent at keeping it a beautiful ash.
I also use it on my tape in extensions.

Doesn’t bother clients scalps and is a very accurate color line for those that know how to make a costume color.

Color not as advertised, rose gold gave me purple hair and made my hair feel so horribly damaged it all needs cut off.

I ordered the bleach and toner tube and it was perfect ! I have watched multiple ugly duckling videos and tutorials and they are very thorough. The way the steps are described are great . I received the products and did my hair and it came out wonderful! It is the perfect icy blonde just as described. I have always bleached my hair myself and in salons and have never had the perfect color until now . I would highly recommend ugly duckling products !
