I have had several pairs of UGG boots , and I do love them, however, they need to do something about the laces, as they fray and break within a short period of wear. Trying to get replacements of the same colour is nigh on impossible, so my suggestion would be to improve the quality of the laces, put a spare pair in with each purchase or sell them on line separately ,as it is frustrating. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My mom ordered a pair of shoes for me for Christmas, and they were too small so I sent them in for an exchange and over a month later I’m thinking to myself “where are my shoes?” So I reach out to them on 1/26/26 and they say, we received it on 1/2/26 but we didn’t the exchange option. So I said why didn’t anyone reach out and the lady just blatantly ignored me. So if I hadn’t reached out, they would’ve never refunded my mom. So they basically would’ve stolen her money and I wouldn’t have gotten my product. This company is trash.

Ugg boots. I ordered a size 5 Ugg ultra & received them a few weeks later ( I am in the uk) they are like a size 3 or 4.. I have emailed them multiple times now to return for a bigger size.. No reply to any of the emails... I am furious.....

I placed an order for four items, but three of them do not fit. According to their website, the only way to return items is to email them and pay the return shipping plus a £10 service fee for each item. However, no one has responded for over a week, and I am still unable to proceed with the return...

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY - ordered a pair of UK size 4 UGG boots and received a pair of unbranded boots that are approximately ladies sized UK2. They are not suede. I contacted UGG Australia who do not have premises at this address, nor are they affiliated with this organisation. This organisation are not an UGG reseller. I requested a refund and was offered 50%. I have disputed the transaction with mastercard as fraudulent and am awaiting an outcome, however I would urge everyone to read the reviewed before making a purchase. Please do not buy from this company, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Was indicated on an order that the 1,000.00 worth of uggs that we ordered would be shipped with protection spray. Did not received. Contacted customer service and they basically said I was lying. Worst Company for CS…….

Horrible customer service!! I have never purchased from them directly before this one time and never will.

I purchased a pair of Premium Short Classic UGG Boots at the promotional price of €78, plus €22 shipping. Upon receipt, I had to pay an additional €34 in VAT and postage. Total: €135.
It would have been better to buy them in Italy. They seem good quality, though.

Slow communication, but problem was solved without their help.

I have been kindly calling UGG for 2 1/2 weeks regarding slippers that I bought that had never been worn. They had been bought at their store, that no longer is here. I took the shoes out of the box new one box climate control, all authentic bought at the store. I noticed that the sole and the shoe were not glued properly. Sadly, within days the sole is in one room and the top of the slipper is in the other room.
I called UGG politely and kindly asking for help. They have told me they can’t help.
I called yet again hoping that there would be some favorable resolution. As they, we’re different!
Well, I guess they are not that very different. They are like most companies nowadays very few will stand behind their product. It's yet another example of a company not at all standing behind their product and more importantly not standing up for their customer base. Buyer be AWARE!

I contacted Ugg because the shoes I purchased are made out of sugar cane and other materials that have made my foot break out and sweat. I was over the 30 days by a month maybe and I was told that they wont do anything for me. I have 2 pairs of shoes that I cant wear and I have been buying Uggs for at least 25 years. The representative was condescending and not at all understanding of the situation. I think she took another call while she made me "wait to speak to her supervisor" and then came back and said nothing can be done. When I asked for a supervisor I was told that she would have to see if the issue warrants a supervisor and if it was they would call me. So now I dont know if I am getting a call back or not. I also explained with the materials they put on the website how are you going to know if sugar cane and the other materials will bother you. I also explained I didnt wear the shoes right away and they are barely used. She didnt care. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH UGG. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL DO NOTHING IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

I returned a pair of boots that was 3 sizes smaller than ordered. I received notification that the item was received and would receive either the ordered boots, or a refund.
2 months later, and several attempts of contacting UGG Canada.
I have not received either.

Don't order anything online. The customer service is so bad 👎. In 2 weeks can't get any help with return, exchange.

BE AWARE OF PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Bought from them for Christmas presents. Keeping in mind that is during Perth summer so they weren’t even used until beginning of March. End of March (a couple of weeks of very limited wear), the heel part of the boot came through the material and rubs terribly on the foot making it unable to be worn. Reported it in March and was told to commence the return/exchange process, now told today due to it not being within 30 DAYS of PURCHASE they refuse to replace them as a faulty product.

Also noting, I purchased these on 22 November and they were only delivered 30 days later.

Really disappointed. Previous UGGs from other companies have lasted us nearly a decade but these ones didn’t even last a month of wear

Struggling to get my money back off this dishonest company who sent me size 6 instead of 9, issue has been ongoing for weeks.The customer service is terrible and I would never purchase this product again

I bought a pair of shoes for my son, half a size bigger than his current pair. They didn’t fit. Because I removed one cardboard tag, the company would not accept them back for an exchange. Buyer beware.

My experience with customer service was really bad
I got a UGG 3 months ago using only inside and had a big defect in the sole and after send a lot of pictures and talking to them they didn’t do absolutely nothing
So I lost $153 cause they are expensive slippers
I will never buy UGG again and I will never recommend as well

Purchased UGG boots and had an issue with it but from start to finish (Canadian side) customer service was great! Didn’t wait long on the phone, chat was even faster, issue solved relatively quick.
Love the boots as well. Waterproof and comfortable. Great quality. Ugg all the way!

If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid this website! Wished I looked before ordering. They are based in Australia not the UK for starters. I never received my purchases and after getting a refund through my bank after opening up a fraud case, they now want to charge me the money again saying I had my delivery!!!! absolute scam! DO NOT ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE NOT UGGS.

I would have gave No stars but cant write the review...Worst experience of my life. Stay well clear..Sent back Uggs cost me £33 to send back tracked by Royal mail they got to there destination in early Feb..Still havnt recieved my refund. Emailed constantly no reply from them nothing shockingly bad customer service...They just ignore you. Now Im contacting Paypal see if I can get my money back from this very bad company..Will never order from these people again..Im starting to think if its genuine! My advice steer clear!!!
UPDATE..
Ok in all fairness Ugg finally got back to me. This was after many emails, I did get a refund but because of shipping and tax I was out of pocket £33 thats what it cost me to send Uggs back and they took out £15 got £65 back, boots were £79 plus £33 to send back total £112 just glad to get something back..
