Cucks for a TACO that can't operate a website because they're too busy stroking Trump.

I haven't watched UFC for over 6 months now, I didnt know that my yearly sub was still active (As I thought I had stopped it)
But for some reason the payment still came out, I contacted them when I saw and they refused to give me back my money, even though its clear to see my account hadnt even been logged into for 6 months, so nothing had even been watched.

Disgusting customer server, if you need some MMA goodness in your life, I'd highly advise you to go watch ONE.

The menu layout is awful, with Watchlist almost hidden under my account and the continue watching list unusable. It is hard to see where you are in season if watching old Ultimate fighter series and you have to add every episode to watchlist rather than a whole season.
They have done this App on a budget which is unacceptable for an organisation that is worth billions!
I work with App developers and the user experience from this is way below anything a customer should accept let alone pay for.

I've been subscribing for a couple of years. The picture quality has become progressively worse. Constantly needs refreshing. Buffering is a real issue with this site.The picture sound synchronisation is absolutely shit. Seriously thinking of cancelling. Love the fighting but the issues are maddening and spoil the experience. Cannot recommend.

Service worked great, but when my card that i used for the subscription had expired, I realised they were double charging me (they charged me both annually and bi-annually).
I asked for a refund but they refunded the expired card and refused to send it to my new account.
Now I realised i got double charged and they sent the refund somewhere i can't retrieve (it was about $400 as well).

Scam. No response at all from customer service.

when i checked the site, it said all fights ect. for around 90 € a year. I only watch the main events of ufc so 30X ect. and after DAZN pumped the price to almost 45€ i canceled this now, i started when it was 12.99€! i searched for alternatives but cant find any bundles that are not too crazy and i found ufc fightpass. Anyway, you have to pay extra for the main events on top, wich is super scammy, and honestly this feels like they want to press their non hardcore audience into not so legally ways to get the streams.

I couldn't watch UFC 309 on UFC Fight Pass. I had to buy it through Telus instead. It just kept saying there was an error, after paying a monthly subscription. I'll obviously be cancelling my subscription.

The app is one of the if not the worst streaming app on the market. There is not one feature that is good or work correctly. Use some of all that money you make to fix it already.........

Bunch of money hungry aholes. After paying a subscription fee they ask another fee to watch the fight. After paying that fee they ask you to pay for the fight again. Not worth it.

Best fight library anywhere and Really Great LIVE regional fights ! I love it!

Really no main events? Those are behind an extra paywall?

It would be an understatement to say that the ufc website is difficult and a waste of time to use.

I like to put small wagers on fights. Sometimes what I'll do is watch both fighters last 3 fights before I put a bet in. I was told ufc fight pass has all the old fights. As long as enough time has passed the fight should be on there. I was disappointed to find out that about 1/3 of the fights don't work. I get an error message saying to try again later, and if it still doesn't work to contact support. I contacted support and told them a specific fight wasn't working. They responded by telling me a certain amount of time has to pass by in order for the event to be free on fight pass. I double checked amd over a year had passed since the fight was aired indicating that they didn't even check. They just sent me a "robotic" response. They say u get all the old fights. It's a lie. Tons of the fights don't work and their support sucks. There's a very good reason their ratings are so low.

I wanted to watch a live event and they do not show it live, already 1 week passed and they do not show any of the main fights, it is a lie not woth it

The platform wasn't for me. But I forgot to cancel the annual auto-renew for my subscription (totally my fault) and they still refunded my money. Great customer service.

They tell you that if you subscribe to UFC fight pass you will be able to watch the main cards 48 hours after they end, but this is a lie. 48 hours after the event ends you need to start chasing their support team for hours and beg them to upload the main card to their platform, which is not always helpful. They obviously do that on purpose, as uploading the main cards to UFC fight pass can be automated easily. A 1-star rating is a compliment to them but unfortunately, it is impossible to give a lower rating.

It is an absolute scam. Impossible to watch anything, search function useless, "can’t play this content" messages. So disappointing.
