Uacceptabelt langsom sagsbehandling hos Udlændingenævnet

Jeg modtog i april 2025 et brev fra Udlændingenævnet om, hvornår jeg kunne forvente en afgørelse. Nu – mange måneder senere – får jeg besked om, at sagen måske først bliver afsluttet i februar 2026.
Det er helt uacceptabelt.

Sagen er ovenikøbet en anke, fordi Udlændingestyrelsen selv har lavet fejl i den oprindelige afgørelse – og den eneste måde at få det rettet på er gennem Udlændingenævnet.
At skulle vente næsten et år ekstra på, at de retter deres egne fejl, er dybt frustrerende og uretfærdigt.
Det viser en total mangel på ansvar og respekt for de mennesker, der bliver berørt af deres beslutninger.
