Its a scam. UCMMR Send faulty goods ir goods that are so small that they cannot be worn, then will claim that the costs of returning them are too high so they offer a 10% refund and suggest taking them to the local clothes shop!!!
Do not buy from this sight and a similar that is also connected to them with different initials.
