Cannot be trusted. Terrible service.

They are terrible. I specifically asked and paid for a Trackable Shipping, and they didn't do it. I also asked for my Tax Payer number to be inserted in the tag, so customs could charge me, and they didn't do it.
So the package was returned by Customs and I haven't heard from UCM ever again. Basically, they just took my money.

Communication overall have been terrible and slow. It's been more than 5 months since I've heard from them, despite several tries.

NOT RECOMMENDED.
