Had a question about a DBS application, replies were quick and effective, Nick was very helpful and fast with his replies

Once the DBS is processed, it usually comes through very quickly. Also, if we experience any issues, the team is always very quick, especially Lynette, to resolve them or provide advice. I would definitely recommend them.

The uCheck service has the potential to be quite good, but the counter-signatory team evidently don't know how to process checks in line with DBS policy.

If you are looking to process checks at any enhanced level, save yourself hours of heartache and pointless email exchanges saying the same thing repeatedly, and avoid having to direct your employees to DBS policy and your own published guidance by using an alternative provider.

The customer service is also very poor, and consistently disappointing - with salespeople then hassling you to buy services that you don't want.
