An item of $555 ended up $1008.A good portion of this was FedEx charges.This ended up in a poor communication adventure,unjustified delays,amateur behaviour,false location updates,talking via robots and eventualy first forwarding the pack to the wrong island.

What a scam

What a scam. I bought some saw palmetto from this website, at the checkout, it clearly shows the postage to UK, which was 20 pounds, the capsules were around £140. It does not mention that customs taxes are NOT included, like other retailers do. So I bought anf then in 5 days I received a message from DHL that I have to pay £63 pounds for the customs taxes. What a rip off. The seller does not warn you in advance before buying !!!!!! Stay away ! Then I emailed them they replied once and after they didn't bother ! They are lying saying that there was a notice BEFORE buying the product warning about the customs taxes. The only time there is something mentioned was when I already bought the product, on the invoice. What a trick !!! I specifically read all info before pressing the check out button, was not mentioned. If they changed it and I hope they will after this , then the others will be fortunate to see.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Ubuy.

I ordered 4 kits and only received 2. That alone is frustrating enough, but what’s worse is the complete lack of effective support from customer service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, nothing has been done. All I get are apologies and the same repeated update, with no real action or solution.

To make matters worse, the delivery date keeps getting pushed back with no clear explanation. This delay is now affecting our business, and we risk losing customers because we can’t fulfill our own commitments. The slow response times from customer service only add to the frustration.

Overall, very poor service, poor communication, and zero accountability. I would not recommend ordering from them, especially if your business depends on timely and complete deliveries.
