Worst product and customer service experience. Don't waste your money.

Worst experience ever. I purchased one of their bond sustainer color and it didn't deposit any color nor had any bond sustainer effect. I emailed the customer service and after a dozen emails where I explained multiple times I had followed their instructions they simply stopped answering because it was clear it's their product's fault, and when I contacted them again they said it's my hair is not adapt (they don't know my hair! Never saw a sample of it and anyway it doesn't have anything to do with the bond sustainer, thats a deep conditioner and repair product). Disgraceful experience, useless scam product and worst customer service ever. A real joke. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
