Thanks for sharing the information, very unfortunate that you did not receive the product as it should be delivered! I spoke to our warehouse / courier and the parcel is handed over to our courier. But due to christmas / black friday. The duration of the parcel delivery will take some longer than normal. Also, we ship from the Netherlands, and the customs towards Switzerland take longer than e.g. sending to Belgium. Sorry for the inconvience!
I noticed you provided a 1-star review, and it's regrettable that we didn't have the chance to address your concerns earlier. If we had communicated beforehand, we could have clarified the situation and assisted you. It would be greatly appreciated if we could work together to find a resolution, and hopefully, we can improve your experience to the point where the 1-star rating can be reconsidered. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We will keep an eye on this order and will help you hopefully soon as possible to solve this, sending a new product will result in the same issue of business. And if we need to reimburse kindly let us know then we cancel the order.
