Good trustworthy
Good trustworthy online tyre re-seller. Transaction was way to navigate, PayPal was available to which I always do all my online transactions with. Only thing to be a little cautious are the catchy and somewhat unnecessary little insurance quotes on tyre protections to which they don't really cover you for much!! It's more so for accidental damages like driving over a nail, or damage to the sidewalls by mounting curves etc. etc. however you still won't be covered for all that, especially if proven to be intentional. Your tyres are already covered under warranty for tyre defects like tread separation, bulging, or general tyre failure during normal driving. Other thing to watch out for is the wheel alignment fees if your getting someone to first the tyres, some vehicles do not require a full 4 wheel alignment like some SUVs and vans that have solid axels in the rear, so don't get caught on that and choose only a 2 wheel alignment instead. Off course shop around for the best fitment deals remembering cheapest is not always the best!! But that's where Tyrol allows you to do the the comparison at the comfort of you home with a huge range of tyres to suit your budget. if give it a Generous 4/5, perhaps 4.5/5 if allowed.

Terrible experience with Tyroola and…
Terrible experience with Tyroola and their tyre fitting agent.
Long story short:
Fitting agent : Tyre Evolution in Eagle Farm, QLD are a bunch of truck tyre fitting cowboays. They damaged the powdercoat on 2 of my rims due to their ancient tyre machine that had no plastic or rubber protection on the contact areas with the rim. They also didn't mount the tyres on the rims as recommended by the manufacturer - WAY off. The way the balance weights were fitted was so poor, that some had fallen off whilst the rims were in the boot of my car before I even got home!
My problem with Tyroola, is not that something went wrong, but rather that their after care was non existant. I sent the photo's as requested, but this was not good enough and I was up for another $400 to rectify the damage of the rims and having all tyre pulled off the rims, fitted correctly and rebalanced. Tyroola's embaressing offer: $50 compensation! after many many many emails (I am now nearly 2 months on after the incident and still do not have the final resolution), they increased the compensation amount to a paultry 25% of the repair cost, but I still have no confirmation of the actual amount to be paid.
Tyroola, the mark of a good business, is what they do when things don't go well.
Well, you FAILED and I will tell as many people as I can not to use your service becuase your after sale care is absolutely appauling!

We do have a process in place requesting pre-fitment photos to assess any potential damage claims. In this case, as we didn’t receive pre-fitment images from you, and after discussions with the fitter, we were given a different account of what happened. That said, we want to do what we can to help, which is why we’ve offered a refund to cover part of the repair costs as a final goodwill offer, which will be processed today.

From order to install... and on the eve of Christmas was phenomenal!
I ordered my tyres online 23rd December, and after shipping to my preferred installer(Goodway Tyre and Auto, Kensington Vic) they were on my car 26th December. Now beat that for service!
