Bought 4 comforser cf3000 19"tyres via ebay and punctered 1 a mile into a green lane, we were tail enders in the group and 5 vehicles had driven the lane directly in front of us, I was the only one to get a puncture... Returned to ebay seller upon a factory rep inspection of the tyre, despite repeated attempts to contact all avenues to do so are not possible. Very dissatisfied with being palmed off and certainly won't endorse direct tyres online or comforser tyres...

tyresdirectuk.'co.uk' (as pictured) is an online retailer only and doesn't service cars or provide in person services.
These guys are helpful, knowledgeable and always on point when I've dealt with them over the years.
Trust Pilot, this needs sorting out!!

I needed 2 new front tyres fitted, I booked in for 1pm and arrived promptly. Unfortunately even though it was quiet with only 1 other person in the waiting room they did not actually start working on my car until 1:40pm. Then they charged me for one brand of tyre but then fitted a different one, I asked about this but was told the price was still right. But I have no idea about tyres and since they had already wasted so much of my time I was already late back for work since I was trying to do this in my lunch hour. S I just had to go, but overall, I was not happy with the service I received and will not be returning there.

muck! The family owner/manager gave my wife a refund after complaint. But the way they behaved We will Never set foot in there again and certainly will not be recommending anymore to people we know. Like we have done often. SHAME ON ADULTS BULLYING A CHILD. And a shame the normal manager was let there to keep them in check.

Exceptional customer service. Was seen promptly and the slow puncture issue was sorted. The fitter, Luke, was extremely careful and explained everything he was doing as he went along.
Totally recommended.
Took my car here for an MOT, was told over the phone that it failed and what needed to be done to pass it, after getting the person on the phone to repeat what needed to be done and got them to repeat the price to me. Once I got there, they guy at the desk proceeded to charge me an extra £20 with no explanation. As I was in a rush I didn't read the MOT receipt until I got home. Turns out they didn't even carry out the work they said it needed, I know this because they listed it as needs to be fixed ASAP. They also added things on the receipt that was never mentioned to me. This place is an absolute joke and rip off. I am beyond angry and beg anyone to not go here. Save your money and go elsewhere as this place is a rip off. Don't believe me then just read the other reviews

I normally give Tyres Direct Stirling 5 star reviews. On this occasion though, although 3 new tyres were fitted well (2 front, 1 rear due to a puncture) & really early on the day their mobile mechanic came, no final checks were done that the handbrake was left in an ok operating position. On getting into my car after the fitting of the tyres, the handbrake had become very loose and only able to engage after 9 clicks - however, it was nice and tight at 3 clicks just 3 days earlier, when it was parked near my house on the flat, ready for the mobile unit to visit. Stirling Tyres stated that the hand brake situation could not have been caused by them - so accepting their word as the professionals with all of this, even if the situation had been caused by the Green Flag tow truck getting the car near to my house, a final 'quality check' should still have been made with the handbrake, as part of Stirling Tyres' usual excellent service (i.e. brake parts and workings can move when rear tyres are changed). Luckily I have a car service and MOT in a week's time which can deal with it. However, an offer of Stirling Tyres Direct's Mobile Mechanic van coming back to adjust the handbrake for free, would have been an excellent 'customer service gesture' and in-line with their usual high reputation. However, despite all this, I will still use Stirling Tyres Direct again (but I will double check my handbrake before they leave the job!).

Great experience. Needed advice on wheel offsets so I could ditch my problematic wheel spacers the previous owner installed. Asked for help via email, received the reply in 10 minutes, ordered wheels in 15 minutes, and four new wheels delivered next day.
Impossible to provide a better service than that.
I found -tyredirect, a very helpful company to deal with, explaining clearly the answers to questions I asked concerning tyre compatability, for my vehicle. Their help and respect for a potential customer was 100%, compared with two other companies that where advertising similiar tyres. The tyres I was asking about where for an vintage vehicle, having tyres with the old markings for the size etc, I was sent a very clear easy to understand message with an easy to follow explanation of the difference in old and new trye marking information, and emediate help with two other questions that |I sent regarding the tyers I was looking at. They made it easy to understand ,and know that the tyres in question would be the correct fit. Their prices where very good as well, postal charges,where free, delivery was very fast. A small issue arose regards new replacemet inflation valves, that the company had included --free off charge-- that had got detatched from the tyres packaging,during transit,---not their fault-- but when I explained I had not received them, and offered to purchase another set, they insisted on free replacement, blaming them selves for the loss. Yes I am very happy with my purchase, and so nice to have a caring company to deal with these days-- 100% recommendation to this company- will definatley use again,if in need of tyres.
Called a branch for some oil, only to be charged double what it should be!
Had previously had the car booked on for a service last year and when I had to cancel last min as my daughter was ill and couldn’t get the car to them they were rude! Needless to say I rebooked else where
If you don’t mind paying over the odd the garage will be ok for you

Great service from the Yate branch today. Very friendly and helpful staff able to sort an issue with my exhaust very quickly when other garages weren't able to do so. Very reasonably priced too.
Went to the Patchway Depot after receiving an advisory on my front tyres on my MOT, I was also concerned about the rear as the rims looked like they were also cracking. Jamie was super helpful, tyres were ordered in for the following day and fitted within the hour. Great service.

1 star is purely to allow me to write how terrible my experience was with the Bromborough garage, how they can call themselves mechanics is an utter joke, a blind chimp would do a better job than those cowboys!!! Car was in their possession for 2 weeks and in that time they caused more damage than good, the young lads sound like they’ve been smoking ten bongs absolutely clueless asked me to come and take for a test spin (can you believe that?) they wanted £600 off me but wanted me to do part of the Job for them.. after notching the car up, when I finally confronted the lad Kurt and the boss Jamie I was suddenly told “we don’t actually deal with internal engine jobs etc only small parts and basically easy fixes stuff they can easily botch up and hope the customer won’t notice… I was also screamed at and sweated at by the boss when I challenged him and his circus monkeys… they’re obviously not used to being questioned about their shoddy dodgy work!!! Also they ripped a bracket off my car and helped themselves to my 2 front tyres replacing them with damaged ones thinking I wouldn’t notice but they’re crafty enough not to give receipts so there’s no paper trail/evidence!!! They are scumbags- AVOID THESE THIEVING DELBOYS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Spoke to tyres direct by phone and they were very helpful. Ordered 4 tyres online and payed by PayPal. The tyres were delivered the following morning. I couldn't believe how quick they were delivered. Great tyres. Great service. I would defo order tyres from here again.
Went to Clevedon today. I’ve been a customer on and off there for years. I was told they can’t do my tracking and quoted me £350 to replace seized components.
I drove around the block to competitors, who did the tracking whilst I waited for £36.
I tried to mail Tyres Direct about this, but they are one of those companies who don’t advertise email addresses.
So, that’s a client you’ve lost

Went to the Clevedon branch late and it was dark.. My tyres had been playing up with the car saying there was low pressure. Very nice young lad who checked the tyres and explained the tech behind the car system. There was nothing wrong with the tyres. I was happily able to go home. Excellent service - thank you.

I booked my wife's car in for a Major Service & MOT in the Clevedon branch. Car passed the MOT without any problems, but when I examined the bill on getting home, I found I had been charged almost £100 more than the original quote. I queried this & was later refunded the difference, but with no explanation as to what had happened.
I also asked why there was no supporting paperwork to show what had been done in the Service, in the past we have always had a check list that stated things such as tyre tread depth, disc pad thickness, emission test result, etc. I was told they don't do that, even though it was a so called Major Service.
I also checked the tyre pressures & found all 4 tyres were incorrect & at different pressures. The mechanic did however provide evidence of having touched the car, as there were oily fingerprints on the bonnet, tailgate & doors!
I will not be using their services again!
