I will never use this service again, at first when you book the date and time in the specified garage, everything is fine, then the garage calls you and tells you how busy they are and whether they can reschedule for two hours later, but when I booked the time I also counted on that time.

Waste of time.

Ordered for fitting 0930-1030, arrived at the specified garage at 0910 whom had no idea about the order.

Then spent the next 40 minutes trying to contact Tyre Savings customer service, just to be constantly cut off by a pre-recorded "mailbox is full" message.

Eventually got through via another phone number to be told that the tyres weren't going to arrive but they "may" be able to get an alternative out this afternoon.

Cheap for a reason, don't waste your time.

I ordered tyres from this website and I’m over the moon, super bargain tyres, and a no hassle fitting service.

Yes I’ve read some bad reviews, and maybe it’s possibly relating to their website having the odd issues. I myself had an issue ordering online, so I emailed them and they immediately emailed me back and arranged the tyres to my chosen Tyre Shop Setyres in Sidcup, with a no hassle fast fitting service, exactly what I wanted.

The price shown is the exact price including everything i.e. vat, wheel balancing, valves, old tyre disposal, there were no hidden catches or surprises. I was scared I was going to get hit with a surprise extra price, but no, it’s exactly as advertised, and you don’t pay online, you only pay when the tyres are fitting.

Tyresavings were the cheapest that I found online, and I checked everything that came up on a search.

I will be ordering again in the future. Also, I forwarded their website to my WhatsApp list that’s how happy I was, seriously.

I would recommend anyone to give them a try, and I believe they are keen on improving their services, and they try hard. I mean, they responded to my request multiple times with great effort, hence the reason I’m willing to provide an accurate feedback.

I booked a tyre change with Tyre Savings and received a booking day/time confirmation. However, when I turned up at the garage - Formula One Autocentre in Longwell Green - they had no record of the booking and would not honour it.

They said this happens all the time with Tyre Savings as the company have no direct contact with the garage or link with their booking system. Otherwise Tyre Savings need to advise customers to contact the garage directly to book ather than sending them a booking confirmation email for an appointment that doesn't exist.

Wasted precious weekend time and now having to rebook an appointment directly with the garage.

this was the 2nd time they failed on this order. the first garage selected dosnt fit tyres from tyresavings anymore, but it allowed us to book that garage. only found out when we turned up. then tyresavings were of no help, just told to reorder. we did, went to a different garage and they never sent the tyres to the garage, so wasted time and money on 2 occasions. WILL NOT TRY AGAIN .. EVER

Booked in for a tyre. Turned at the garage I picked from thr website. They where not expecting me. They have never hear of the website tyre savings. Never singed up with them. I felt well put of place. Not waste your time this is a complete con.

Used this service loads of times and never had an issue, had my own tyre shop for 40 years but not now.

I ordered four tyres for my daughter's car to be fitted at McConechy's, Leith. She turned up at the allotted time and the fitters went straight to work on her car. Great price and friendly service. It's nice to order online and know that the price you see is the price you pay, no extras. I'll be using tyresavings again.
