I am new to Typsy

I am new to Typsy. The format and length of the videos seem very long for front line staff to take part in. We rolled out OSHA for all staff to complete. When I went though the training, it felt very unlikely many people would have the time and would struggle with the quizzes. This will hurt participation.
Also, the refresh rates form screen to screen after quizzes are completed and moving to new content is slow.

Need to use Incognito mode let Typsy down

The platform is great, getting onto to it through incognito mode rather than an an app or straight from browser does not make it easy to use or encourage staff to use the platform

Working in the busy HR department I was able to pause the course and pick up where I left off! There is no way I could have complete all the entire course in one go. I love the variation of the short courses wonderful on improving knowledge for hospitality professionals. I am looking forward to doing more on this platform just received my first badge and I am super excited! Whoohooo!!
