They took my money nearly a year ago & I never got my insulin pump case. They are advertising orders will take 90 days. Do NOT buy anything from this company!! Their website is down, & their instagram site should be taken down. They will not refund & send the same message time & time again. BE WARNED!!

Ordered new TSlim pump holster 9-15-24. CC Charged 9-16-24 Stated 90 day lead time. I expected this as I have ordered from the twice before. Email to support to inquire on status 11-24-24, received email mine was received. I again emailed on 11-29 and again on 12-27-24. Still no response. Website is down and no info on the facebook page. I have filed dispute with my credit card company. I would not recommend this company.

Regrettably I have to add my voice to this as it's been 8 months and I still haven't recieved the case for my pump along with many other people it seems.

Initially their waiting time was 4 weeks. That became 90 days. (It still says four weeks on their Instagram page which they've stopped updating.)

The last time I recieved a personal email from the company was March, or just under 2 months after I ordered. I should have asked for a refund but gave them the benefit of the doubt and wanted to support a small business. Seven months have now passed with no communication.

I recieved an update after 8 months saying a shipping label had been created for the first class shipping I paid for. That was over three weeks ago and nothing has moved since.

I believe that it seems to be coming but my pump has fallen so many times that it could easily have broken several times in the time it's taken for this pump to materialize (and there's no guarantee it ever will.)

This company seems extremely irresponsible at best, and at worst are exploiting their customers by holding on to our money which can't be refunded or charged back due to how long it's now been.

If they have such a backlog, how can they not afford to hire someone even part time with the money they're making to respond to emails or help on the floor?

Even if those cases are being made, they've completely neglected their customers and have stamped on our good faith.

Avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered and paid in full 7 months ago and nothing to show for it. Pathetic customer service. Total scam.

Truly an awful company.

They make cases for insulin pumps and have a huge lead time (90 days) which seemed excessive but I still ordered.

90 days hit, no shipment, no update. I contacted support. 30 days pass. No shipment, no update, no response from support. Orders cannot be cancelled without contacting support and by the time the original wait is passed it's too late to do a chargeback.

This company will take your money and not provide you a product. They will then ghost you, leaving you with no recourse to get your money back.
