This company is stealing my money. I have never ordered anything by phone. I sent an email to them. Should they not answer, my operator will take action, and let's see what will be the outcome.

This is not a business.

This is not a business that provides anything. Its nothing more than an individual/s who knows that taking small amounts of money on a regular basis goes unnoticed and is unregulated. Look at the Trustpilot ratings, obviously a few people have complained and the positive ratings are txtNation themselves. What can you do to stop them? Complain to your phone provider, refuse to pay that portion of your bill, don't stop complaining, ask for the supervisor, ask for written confirmation that your service provider is choosing to ignore your request for a refund dispite your complaint.
Your phone company can "bar" txtNation from their network with a few key strokes.

I have just been scammed by TXTNATION…

I have just been scammed by TXTNATION for supposedly "subscribing" to Games Unlimited which never happened. How can the communications regulator allow this to happen in this day and age unless there are backhanders involved. I am awaiting their response.
If my €20 is not reimbursed I am taking this to Brussels - Strasbourg to expose these scams. Our networks and communications regulator are supposed to protect the consumer when it's the complete opposite that is happening. The texts from took a week to reach my Messages inbox as I was roaming in the U.K at that time. Surely alarm bells should be ringing by now from our Networks and Com Reg.
Regards.
P.H.

A company called "Text Nation" taking…

EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO GOOD TO GIVE AS I HAD TO.
I never signed with this company called "Text Nation" receiving funds from my account since November and 02 is allowing this to happen.
This is going on since last November and I lost £94.50 since November 2018 and only find out by now!

As 02 explained, I have not sign for this through Facebook or any other social media for it to be implemented and O2 knows it. After a long search, I couldn't get anywhere as the I know other people too on this review.

I also believe that telephone providers giving our numbers to 3rd party non establish companies like this, so they get their percentage.

Second customer service experience poor!!!

I have written a review of Txtnation following one I wrote earlier.

In July I was subscribed to My Media Games via Txtnation without my knowledge. I never even heard of MMG and certainly would never subscribe to that service. I was not very happy to find that the telephone number was a call centre, nothing to do with MMG or Txtnation, whose existence was to unsubscribe unfortunates like myself. The email address was an 'info@.....', where Stephen (no last name) claimed I had deliberately signed on to MMG and refused to refund my money despite his own 'so-called' proof shown that I apparently signed on the service and unsubscribed very shortly after, the same day!!! I contacted Txtnation's number, as Txtnation billed & messaged me, and got, you guessed it, a call centre.

I deluged MMG with emails for my refund and they refused to answer direct questions and claimed I signed on via one website and a different website later on! I received two billing messages around one month later which made no sense, but I suspect it was harassment because of my emails. Txtnation sent the two billing messages for MMG. Txtnation even confirmed to me that they sent on behalf of MMG. I then asked Txtnation why the messages were sent and they went silent. I then asked for the actual address and contact details of MMG, which was met with a deafening silence. I emailed again, still silence.

So, as far as I am concerned I was treated with contempt by both MMG and Txtnation.

So why another review? You heard all this before in my previous review.

As stated Txtnation would not respond to any of my emails once I asked them more about MMG. I noted that action had been taken against Txtnation by the regulator, Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA), and that Txtnation get upset by poor reviews, especially the handful by others, prior to mine.

I put my first review in and nothing. A couple of months passed by and still no response. I put in a second review, still no response, until a couple of days ago where they complained to Trust Pilot about my second review and the language I used. They said I should contact MMG directly. I have been doing that with NO success!!!!!! This is why I asked Txtnation for the 'real' contact details of MMG.

I hold Txtnation equally responsible with MMG for subscribing me to a service I never heard of without my permission or knowledge and charging me for it. MMG have been criticized for that before I was affected; so Txtnation should not have been providing a service for MMG. Many people have complained about MMG and Txtnation for the above reasons and it is all over the internet; Txtnation can't plead ignorance.

The reason why this is a second review because this is my second experience of Txtnation not providing my with a decent customer service and only bothering to respond when a second damning review appears.

This is another version of my second review, this is the edited highlights as Txtnation are upset & complained!

I told MMG to refund my money to Breast Cancer Care, perhaps Txtnation would do that instead.

I note that MMG have stopped the Trustpilot review page for them! Anybody wanting to take action against them can chase Absolute International, who MMG are registered to. Absolute International are UK based but have a PO Box address in the Seychelles, I wonder why???

My Media Games & Txtnation are still at it! Checked the internet and I saw complaints as recent as October. Don't just take my word for it, look both companies up on the internet. Shame on them both.

PS - I look forward to seeing the review by Tim O'connell!
