A great personal trainer!
I first approached the Tunbridge Wells Personal Training (TWPT) in April 2021. Due to severe lower back pain which caused me loss of sleep, discomfort while moving, etc, my consultant had strongly advised me to do some weight bearing exercises under the supervision of a personal trainer. This was with the aim of addressing not just my lower back pain but also some bones fragility I have, as I’m in fact in between osteopenia and osteoporosis. TWPT have then directed me to Ryan Robinson, who’s been my personal trainer since. Ryan is absolutely brilliant, thanks to him I’ve managed to strengthen my muscles which are now better supporting my bones and as such I haven’t been in pain with my lower back for more than 2 years now…I’ve even forgotten what it feels like having lower back pain, and it’s such a relief being able to move freely without worrying about injuries etc. While doing all various exercises, Ryan has always ensured to explain which muscles I was working at and which would have been the benefits. With his patience, knowledge and skills, he’s been guiding me all the way through, and I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone seeking to improve/strengthen any part of the body which might be fragile for any reason. Thanks a million Ryan, my lower back is not as it used to be 10 years ago…we’ll done you! Cristina
