My opinion and thoughts about TwoTrees. In my experience, TwoTrees is the worst company I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a 450 CNC about a month ago. They didn't have any in stock but they didn't say a word about that. Weeks passed with NO communication from them. They took my money but never sent me a thing. I cancelled my order. It has been weeks again and they don't return my emails. NO COMMUNICATION AND NO REFUND. They just leave me hanging. They have NO IDEA what the term customer service means. Is this the kind of company you want to do business with? I certainly don't. Just imagine what they will be like after the sale. The measure of a company is not when things are going smoothly, it's how they act when things go wrong! I didn't do anything wrong, just thought they were a reputable company. Wow, did I learn a lesson on that one. Never buy direct, ALWAYS go through Amazon or somewhere else where if a company acts like TwoTrees you have recourse to get your money back! If they are doing this to me I'm sure I'm not the only one...

i canceld my order a few hours after i placed due to concerns from reviews and they delay my refund ..this is the 5th day ..i will open a dipute from my bank

Purchased a PEI coated steel sheet for my Ender 3 Pro. Purchased from European warehouse. After few usages the coating began to bubble up and adhesion become worse (used PLA at 210 deg, bed at 60 deg). Tried to RMA but they will not accept that they had a bad product.... ended out they wanted to ship a PEI sticker, which is better than nothing, which after months still not have arrived.... Some products are good, but if you get a bad one, you would have wished you had picked another brand!!
