AVOID! Williams team did some repair work to our attached neighbours roof in October 2022 and caused damage to the inside of our loft conversion. He admitted the damage was the result of work undertaken by Two Roofing Solutions and agreed to pay the £210 quote we had to fix the damage. I am still trying to get him to pay. 😡

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I've recently had a very similar experience to Mr Copage below (review 8th July). Don't be fooled by the glossy flyers, website, accreditations etc, this is your basic Cowboy / Rogue Trader outfit. Bumped up the price to include work that didn't need doing and now we have leaks in areas that were absolutely fine before this company worked on them (plus the original leaking area was not fixed). No care was taken with the work and there was no attention to detail. It was all about speed with no thought to quality. As a result our roof is now a shambles and i am going to have to get a proper roofer to fix it. Did not provide a guarantee despite numerous requests. All in all a complete rip-off on price and a dreadful job done.

My wife and I were generally very impressed with the promptness and general work ethic we experienced last month with our garage roof replacement and later that of extensive repairs to our house roof.
I first contacted Twosolutions early in June and William came to assess the garage and give an estimate. He came again two days later to firm up the arrangements: just another two days later the work was undertaken, although this was the result of a cancellation.
His team arrived at about 8am and continued work until 7.15pm with hardly any break; such was their determination to finish the work within the day, which they almost did. They seemed very well disciplined and worked very hard throughout. We had a small issue with guttering though: I contacted William and they were back the next day to deal with it.
Leon, who works alongside William, spotted an issue with the house roof while on site. This culminated in a new house roof as well! He was at pains to point out the seriousness of its condition. He climbed up the ladder and took a "video selfie" to demonstrate to us how loose many of the tiles were.
Again, work was begun within a day or two and completed successfully within 2.5 days. We were again very impressed with the work ethic and with the courtesy/respect shown to us by the entire work team.
There were again one or two very small subsequent issues with both garage and house, and Leon dealt with these as a matter of urgency. He was very anxious to please and to ensure a high standard of workmanship was achieved.
The cost actually rose by £9,000 after work had started as the roof was in worse condition than originally expected. Leon understood that this was a big financial shock for us and was able to give us a little extra time to "find" the money to pay. No money for either garage or house was demanded in advance and the work crew stuck to task very well - again v.impressive. All this is easily worth 5*
What was less impressive was the time it took to get a guarantee certificate and final invoice in respect of ALL monies paid, hence 4* not 5*. Despite a no of reminder messages and one or two calls my guarantee certificate took a fortnight to arrive after we'd made our last payment for the house, and the final, amended invoice to reflect ALL work carried out took a further five days. We're not sure we would have received them if we had not maintained contact.
However, based on all the above we would certainly recommend them for their work ethic and moving a job along without any unjustified delays. Following both jobs they cleared up well and left our garden tidy.

Avoid this company like the plague.
William came to repair a leak in my porch and quoted £2000. Shortly After starting they told me the felt under the whole roof needed replacing at a cost of£11,000. Shortly after completion it leaked into the porch when it rained. William sent his crew back 3 times and they failed to repair the leak. I asked another roofer to investigate and he was shocked at the standard of workmanship. Brocken tiles had been fitted, replacement tiles where used were wrong type and don’t fit properly, no lay board fitted between flat roof and pitched roof, just a few of the things done wrong. William didn’t respond to emails about these issues. Citizens advised I check Twosolutions for unpaid court judgments against them and surprise yes William failed to repay £10455 when ordered. I guess he hides his funds to protect them from the courts. Lastly when made to settle they didn’t have a card reader meaning I had to pay by bank transfer which means I have no protection with the bank. All part of the scam by William and his very unreliable company.
I am £11000 out of pocket and have been quoted £6000 to put right what they did.

We called out two solutions for a leak we had in our dorma window,William and his team was very fast in replying to our email and came to investigate our problem the next day.William found the leak and quoted to fix it his quote was very fare and we excepted. William stuck to the job didn’t ask for any money until the job was finished and we were happy.the team of guys that came were very professional and polite and tidy.i would highly recommend two solutions to any one and I’d happily use them again.

I am writing on behalf of an eighty six year old friend, she was widowed four years ago, since then we have been looking out for her.
She has suffered a leaking roof for several months. We have had three other companies promise to look at the job and that is as far as it got. Two companies tried and “ bodged” things and failed to fix things.
The difference with Will and his crew is they looked at the job when they said they would. A quote was given, agreed and the job was stated the next day and the whole roof was refelted and all tiles refitted within 3days. Since we have had a lot of rain and no problems.
I can recommend Will and his team to do exactly what it says on the tin?

Scammed us for £720. Tried taking the payment more than once. In the process broke a tile, that I cannot find a replacement for, without telling us. No warranty and no invoice. Will not answer calls, emails, texts or letters. Roof leaks and causing damp problems. Now need to have the whole verge replaced at great cost. Buyer beware!

Scammed my elderly parents for £4800. After more than ten emails and twenty calls, they still refused to provide an invoice for works done. This is because the works complete were wrongly done, the roof needs to be re done. Elderly parents did not ask for invoice before paying, because they are old and did not expect to obviously be scammed. They have stolen £4800, avoid them like the plague.
