the Two men were efficient and competent.
the cost was on the high side

But the fact that i am offered insurance for the job ,which made me think .It was not for the stuff that i personally packed ,that would be reasonable but for the job. When i get a tradesman or a surgeon to do a job they come with the insurance .

when removing the the tape from glass doors on a cupboard ,Found the corner chipped .

Caio & Bernardo were very professional and efficient in assisting our move to our new home. They were courteous, pleasant and on time. Could not ask for more. Happy to give them a 5 star recommendaiton.

Good friendly service took care of all the heavy lifting and saved me alot of stress was the cheapest I could in the area I recommend

The Geelong team were excellent, wrapped everything up to protect it which I've never had before. The men were so lovely and so accommodating to anything I needed lifted, removed and out back together. Will definitely be using them again

Had an amazing experience! Gabriel and Muarico were top notch fellas. Nothing too hard and so polite. I would highly recommend them.

I don’t find their fee structure very transparent. For example, it was implied to me on the phone that the “call out” charge - which was explained as being equal to the first hour of work - does not actually cover the first hour of work. It was charged in addition to the first hour of work and added an unexpected $200 to my total bill.
We’ve moved house a lot, and I will also note that while the removalists were kind and friendly, they also moved very slowly taking far longer to load a truck than others we have had before.
Overall not a bad experience but poor value for money.

The guys were very polite and hardworking. They looked after our items very well.

The guys were on time and ready to go. They worked tirelessly to load the truck and then to unload the truck. When talking to the guys they were very polite and helpful.
I thought the dolly they had was unsuitable for the task. It was not the classic removalist dolly with the adjustable strap to secure items to it. This left me fearful that something would fall. The fridge almost did and suffered a minor dent and scratches on the front door. They also did not have over the shoulder lifting straps that would have made several other movements much safer and controlled.

Once they arrived they were great very obliging and respectful to my elderly mothers goods
The times were mucked up throughout the day it did put us behind getting to the airport if time was no object ten stars !

From submitting the online quote request, I was contacted several times following up. This was appreciated as the contact were friendly reminders :) The team was able to move me a week earlier (a last minute request from me), which was amazing!
It was actually an 'easy experience'.

Vanderson & Jorge were amazing - they messaged me when they were on approach, were super quick and friendly whilst onsite (even going to multiple locations to clear our storage unit as well as the house)
