The team worked hard all day and the move went very smoothly. They were extremelycareful with fragile items and at making sure they didn't knock the walls etc with items or boxes. they were all very friendly and helpful throughout the day. thank you!

Professional and hard working. Always a good experience

I made an urgent booking late on Friday afternoon and I had a team of 3 at my place before 8am the following day!
They did a great job and certainly saved my huge problem of being let down by a different company on the Friday.

Friendly team, lots of heavy and fragile stuff and it all got moved with care.

The 2 young men you sent were curtious and effectent. We were very impressed with ther work ethic.

The guys were careful and hard workers. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the move as enjoyable as a move can be.

The two removalist we had were strong on communicating their arrival time and any delays. They were also very considerate of the contents of our boxes and furniture. When they delivered our load to the new apartment, again they were considerate of the tight access points and managed the process from beginning to end with no issues. Strongly recommend this company’s services.

Wonderful experience with two men and a truck. Daniel and Fernando were very professional and careful with all of our belongings.

Thought pickup location, 4 sets of stairs in narrow apartment. Moved items and got the job done at delivery. Some minor damage to IKEA units and Screen Door but minor with the amount of items moved. Well done. The truck was fairly tight in regards to picking up goods, would be good to have a larger one for 2 bedder apartment.

Yes TMAAT for every move, although the last couple have been just a little lacking. Latest move, the guys were great, very friendly, took care, and placed things exactly where I wanted them. That was the first trip. The second trip was a different matter. They obviously didn’t want to do a second trip. They speed through it not packing the truck too well, so even though there would have been plenty of room for everything there was still a fair bit left behind & unloaded what they did take with no care and dumped everything in the garage without checking where things were meant to go. I am a woman in her fifties with knee and back issues, and the guys left behind the heaviest and hardest items for me to move. I had to go and hire a patch truck to finish the move and now I am injured further as it was 3pm and I had no choice but to move the items myself. And today I know need to pull everything they dumped in the garage out so I can find the boxes of essentials that should have gone into the house.
Very disappointed in the guys for the second trip and for leaving items behind. A job not complete and what was completed in the second load was pretty poor.
The last two moves have been disappointing, and now I am rethinking my choice of movers.
The packers were good although many boxes not labelled at all and others labelled with just a room number which I was not made aware of which room they called each room, making it very difficult to unpack and find boxes of essentials. Other than that they were polite and friendly and fast.

Great care taken in difficult areas with little space - the crew were respectful and moved things with alot of thought.

I wil be working with them again

The guys were friendly & courteous, and protective of my belongings! A pleasure to deal with.

They were on time, super polite and helpful and looked after our furniture

They rammed the trolley with the fridge on it into the glass sliding door track bending it and taking paint off then the door wouldn't close. When I informed them of this he said he could fix it which he used a kind of vice grip kind of tool to straighten it which scratched more paint.

The whole process was straightforward. The removalists were exceptional.

Both guys were friendly and worked well even though it wasn’t an easy job. I appreciated their patience and persistence:)

The removalists did a wonderful and moved everything with great care. However, even though it was mentioned in the video call that the beds would need to be disassembled and reassembled this wasn’t passed onto the staff and they didn’t bring tools to do this. It was lucky that my friend had her tool box at the new house and could go and get it.
