Amazing, smooth AF

I really liked the auto buy option and I got a ticket this way so it worked well for me.

It would be great if the process included a step where you confirm the email that the ticket is designated for. I bought a ticket for my daughter and it was a bit of a faff getting the ticket transferred to her as it had to be done by the original seller.

Also - I had to change my email address and this involved contacting support. It took me ages to find how to contact support as the website kept taking me to the FAQs which weren't any use for my problem. However, once I'd figured it out the support team did contact me and fix my problem reasonably quickly - which was good.

Easy site to navigate, easy to get communications from prospective buyers when putting forward offers and it’s very easy to respond.

I’ve used Twickets for buying and selling tickets and I love the fact that the tickets go to the fans for the right prices

Was kept informed of tickets I was interested in. The transaction went through easily, e-mail with tickets was sent through immediately. Great service 👍

The process was easy up until the point of receiving the ticket - however due to my aged iphone I was unable to download the ticket. However this has now been resolved.

I lost out to a similar “flash” sale for the tour i wanted to see.

I have purchased 3 tickets - for the 2 of us.

But overall - we are in. Should be a great show

The auto buy feature for End of the Road tickets was not perfect as you needed exact match's. So it wasn’t possible to request 2 tickets with a car park, and 2 tickets without a car park, when both would have met requirement. I did benefit from this as i got tickets thru an alert that included an infant ticket, which no one would have put on their auto buy request.
The auto buy system also failed on my payment method when there was no problem with the card.
I ended up getting tickets thru alerts

It was so easy

It was easy to sell but was concerned when the buyer hadn’t completed the transfer. They did in the end but I was left unsure as to whether I’d be paid and the customer service team did not respond when emailed 😟

I am extremely disappointed with Twickets and the lack of support I have received regarding a ticket purchase for End of the Road Festival 2026.

I purchased two festival tickets on 20 August for £771.92. The payment was taken immediately and the order appears in my Twickets account, but the transfer status has been showing as “Unknown” and the page has been stuck on “Preparing your tickets…” for several days, despite stating that this usually takes up to 5 minutes.

The festival starts on 3 September, so I am now only 9 days away from the event and still have no tickets.

I have also purchased another ticket through Twickets separately, and that ticket was made available to download almost immediately, which has made me particularly concerned that there is an issue with the original order.

I have contacted Twickets Support but have received no response. I have also been told to contact the seller, yet I have not been provided with any seller contact details.

I have already booked accommodation for the festival based on the assumption that my tickets were secured, and I now have a significant amount of money tied up in this purchase with no clear information about whether I will actually receive the tickets.

I am simply asking for someone at Twickets to properly investigate this order and confirm whether the seller has provided valid tickets and when I can expect to receive them.

Twickets, please can someone contact me urgently? I need reassurance that my £771.92 purchase is actually secure, or enough notice to try and purchase new tickets before the festival if there is an issue with the current transaction.

Smooth transaction

I always use twickets to source tickets for sold out events. So easy to use, you can add alerts for events you’re interested in, plenty of sellers, all face value or less (plus a small fee for twickets). All sellers in my experience have been quick and friendly sending tickets through. It’s so useful and been able to go to many gigs because of it! 🤩

Easy transaction. Once I had paid, the ticket was in my ticket master account within 5 minutes!! Great way to buy tickets you might have missed out on when released
