Worst customer service experience ever
Worst customer service experience ever! I paid for my item and wanted it shipped to my new address. After going back and forth with customer service I provided them with a utility bill with my name and the shipping address and they still denied my order. They held my money ransom for a week. If the billing and shipping address need to match for me to do business with you; you may want to state that on your website or maybe prevent your customers from even being able to place an order in the first place with a different shipping address? A small company like this should be able to be responsive and make decisions in a day not a week.. Save yourself the headache and avoid doing business with them.
