Thanks for all the reviews. I was serious about ordering the tv/fixer. but since I read the reviews, I would not order one for anything. They should be banned from selling these.

I ordered 2 of these units and neither one of them would work on my 2 TV's. I did get as far as the SET ME UP page but nothing after that. They gave me a 20% refund on my credit card. I now have 2 units so if anybody wants them and knows how to make them work contact me.

This is just more chinese junk no directions just dose not work save your money or I have two units that I will sell you at a great discount.

I would give it 0 but not available...I am a 70 yr old recent widow living on fixed income trying to make ends meet. Thought this would help me keep TV for entertainment thru Covid 19 but have been ripped off by scammers. The 2 TVCasters I ordered do NOT work at all....I was told if I paid to send them back they would give me refund....return shipping is almost as much as refund !! I am out $56.99 and feel really stupid and mad that they get away with scamming people like me...I am writing the BBB and Alabama State Attorney General

Ordered over a MONTH ago-they took the money out right away and still haven’t gotten in yet. Email to company bounces back as undeliverable. 🤬

I would have left "0" stars if possible.
The customer service is horrific. Response time is delayed, and they tend to ask for the same information over and over, even though it is in the email chain.
I reached out initially on the 3rd day after receiving the item - (in late August); sent it back (when I finally received a return shipping address) sent confirmation of delivery to the rep, and still have not received my refund.
Do NOT deal with this irresponsible, unreliable company -- I was stupid, please learn from my mistake.

Ordered once they charged me for 2 orders, Their phone number does not work. I have tried to reach them for a week. I get: keep the product and they will give me a 20% discount from 2 on line sources. You only have 30 days to return and I cant get an address to return the merchandise to. Don't order from them. SCAM

Do not buy this junk. It does not work and is a waste of your money. You get a great picture of your Cell on your TV and that is all. This company needs to be stopped NOW. They should not be allowed to sell this crap to hard working people. I am extremely disappointed in this product.You have no place to turn for help it does not exist. STAY AWAY !!!!!! It should not get any Star period.

Ordered 3 units setup one was not impressed just mirrored my cell phone with small picture. Tried to get channels I always watch but had to pay so it does not do what they say for FREE! Trying to find out how to send it back but there is no info because it ships from CHINA. GOOD LUCK will call credit card company to block charges.

A complete waste of $90. Ordered this to get extra channels. Does not work at all and there is no one to get help from. A total scam. Do NOT order.

Not worth even one star!!!! This thing is a SCAM!!! Now they are up and running under another name DO NOT waste your money!!!!

I ordered 3 TvFix casters and an antenna (apx $160 for everything).
First of all let me say none of them work! Secondly, there was no online confirmation, receipt or paperwork with my order only charges on my credit card. I emailed the company for a return authorization. They responded but not in a helpful manner. I have clearly asked 3 times for a return authorization but have been getting the run around. I wish I would have done more research before ordering. I hope this will help others.

I returned my three tv fix 149.00. It just didn’t work. There wasn’t any paperwork in the box. So I returned it to the address on the box . It went to shipping not return. They said there wasn’t anything they could do. So I’m out 149.00 Do not order this product. I repeat do not order this. You won’t get your money back.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased this product. Returned the product that was misrepresented in the ad. They refunded all but $8.95 and say that is the shipping cost. I do a lot of shipping and this shouldn't have cost more than $3 to ship. That is how they are making their money. Inflated shipping costs. The product SUCKS!!!!!

I ordered one of this and I just got a text message saying there is a problem with my order when I tap on the link there is nothing there what a scam they should be taken off the net I will never get my money back.

Started to place an order, but never completed the transaction. I stopped to get reviews and a better understanding of how it works. During that time, I got a confirmation email for my order. Relied immediately to cancel with no response. Stayed on hold with Customer Service for over 30 minutes before they disconnected. Ended up contacting my creditor to stop the transaction. DON'T DO IT!!!!

Only works of off your smart phone. You can not catch any channels at all. Not worth the money.

I have not purchased or used the product. But, I am looking at the reviews as I was considering ordering it. For the folks who feel they got screwed, write to your (cc a copy to the company's) State's Attorney General. I have much success with this method in the past and encourage others as well. You can find them under your State.gov website

BAD (NOT ETHICAL) COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T WORK - I ordered but then changed my mind within minutes. I called to cancel right away and the rep talked me Into giving it a try - offered a partial refund and I was told I would have no risk of just trying .. that I could return it for a full refund including shipping. When I emailed about returning them (since they don’t work) I didn’t receive a response at all ... second email and still no response. I called just now and I’m able to return them but I have to pay shipping! Their “Company policy” says so ... no exceptions. I asked about whether it’s also their company policy to lie to their customers. The supervisor’s responses were like a recording - that It’s not company policy to provide a prepaid shipping label and that she’s not able to disclose any other information (though I’m not sure what information she was referring to - I was just asking to speak to her boss / someone higher up). She would not transfer me to anyone else no matter what. I was polite and kept it clean (and both ladies were friendly enough as well) but I also let them know it was awful for their people to lie to their customers to get them to not cancel their order.
