Do not trust this company, and pay attention to the huge amount of 1-star reviews both here and on Google reviews.

After stringing us along for weeks with excuses like "the rug turned yellow after washing" and "the result wasn't good enough," they finally delivered our rug – utterly destroyed. And we were forced to pay the bill for their own mishandling.

They photograph received rugs to exaggerate their dirtiness, all in an attempt to shield themselves from customer complaints. You can see how they answer all the bad reviews saying "the item was like that when you sent it". If you value your belongings, avoid Tvättdax at all costs.

CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE CHOOSING THEIR CARPET CLEANING SERVICE..

We engaged their services to clean our carpet, which had a significant coffee stain. We wanted to avoid the hassle of cleaning it ourselves with a Kärcher, as we had done in the past. Before they began the cleaning process, they did warn us that there was a risk of potential damage to the carpet. However, they did not specify the type of damage that might occur. We decided to proceed, assuming it would be minor color loss and accepted the risk.

After nearly a month, we received the carpet back, but it had shrunk in multiple areas and lost its original color. Consequently, the carpet is no longer usable as it cannot lie flat. They suggested sending it back for further attempts at repair, but it seemed futile given the damage, so we declined.

This carpet was valued at 6000 kr, and we paid a 1500 kr for the cleaning fee. We were left quite disappointed.

Their terms and conditions state that damages made to non-waterproof carpets are at the customer's own risk, but we did not anticipate such consequences, especially since we had cleaned the carpet ourselves with a Kärcher without any issues in the past. Somehow we had naively expected better results from a professional company.

Following this experience, and to prevent others from encountering similar issues, I strongly recommend that the company provide clearer information on their website about the types of carpets that are likely to get damaged during the checkout process. Once the carpet is picked up, it's hard to say that we don't want to go through with the washing because there is a cancelling fee.

The remainder of the customer experience, including delivery and communication, was satisfactory. However, in the future, we will opt to clean our carpets ourselves.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They ruined our carpet and took no responsibility. After delaying the delivery by more than two weeks with notes saying "result not good enough", "has a yellow shade after washing", they decided to send it anyway even though it was not only yellow, but completely damaged.

My carpet really cleaned well but the smell hasn’t disappeared.

Excellent customer service. Fast and seamless pick up and delivery. Very good wash of my two rugs. Highly recommend.
