I traded in my 2009 MacBook Air on Turntronics for a rebate of $180. They communicated well by email at every stage of the process. The return process was prompt and they paid by paypal. There was a small paypal charge, but I could have had my rebate by check, if I had chosen that. Turntronics delivered exactly what they said they would.

Turntronics offered me the best price for my Mac mini. The process was fast and simple. I received my check within days. I appreciated that all emails were from a person not auto generated.

I wasn't looking forward to sell in my old Mac via Craigslist, so I was happy to find a place that paid a fair price and made the process easy. They communicated every step of the way and sent the check promptly. I highly recommend Turntronics.

Sending in electronics (expensive ones) to a stranger in hopes of receiving cash can be a stressful and harrowing experience. Thankfully the people at Turntronics, namely Chris, makes the whole process simple and painless. We sold our 2009 iMac and made quite a bit more profit than we would have through a private seller because we live in a large metropolitan city where electronics are competitively priced. Next time we have something to sell, we'll be using Turntronics.

Service was professional on website and replies were timely. Label provided for shipping. And the price seemed fair. Received a check within a week of their receiving the item. All in all, perfect.

Being in IT for 20+ years I have a lot of equipment for sale so I always appreciate smooth transitons. Only thing is shipping. It should be free and picked-up at your location.

I got $50 more for my Macbook Pro than anywhere else with included shipping. They sent me a check within days of receiving my Mac. I will definitely use TurnTronics in the future. I had great customer support, too. Excellent!

I was prepared to have to hagel, plea, and beg to get a reasonable price for my iMac 27". Using their wesite I was able to obtain an immediate quote (very competiivie with other quotes AFter accepting their offer, I was promptly sent a prepaid for FEDEX to send the item to them. Upon their reciept of the computer I was emailed a confirmation of this and a notice that the check was in the mail. And so it was 2 days later, the ckeck arrived. No stress, no Craigs List, Ebay awaiting a buyer. HIghly reccomended!!

Very easy to work with and very trustworthy. They give you the prepaid shipping labels via FedEx. My only problem was finding a box that would fit well.

When I decided to sell my iMac I looked at the available companies I might be able to sell it to. The thing that caught me about TurnTronics was the customer reviews. They were excellent which made me a little suspicious. But I am here to tel you that their comments were true. I have used Turntronics twice now, they have paid in full in a reasonable amount of time. I'd recomend them to anybody.

I really like everything about my experience with TurnTronics, except that once they received my device, they said it would take a few days to process, and I didn't hear back for over a week and only when I followed up.

Other than that little hiccup, they were very responsive and great on the customer service end.
