I ordered a buckwheat pillow and it came later than expected. When it did arrive not only does it have an odor but makes noise whenever there is movement on the pillow. I have been trying for almost a week to get ahold of them through chat, email, and phone calls. I’m only ever told to leave a message. I have left several and no one has gotten back to me. Currently I am now out $60 for a pillow I can’t use. I want a full refund. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE

Appreciate working with a small company committed to sustainable products! While I was initially frustrated with delivery delays (as should be expected these days), as soon as I reached-out to Turmerry directly they were very responsive and my fears that I was going to be lost down a foreign auto-bot response I received honest communications from a real human who took responsibility for the delays and kept me updated with the progress of my delivery. In today's world of big companies, it's worth working with a small company trying to stay competitive in pricing and excelling in customer service whenever there's issues (even when it's outside their control).

After overcoming the mistake of having my mattress topper sent to my work-place, a friend helped me get it home and placed on my current mattress. I did not wait until bedtime to "check out" the comfort. i took an immediate 5-10 respite. I knew instantly that the Turmerry mattress topper was a smart purchase. I continue to rest/sleep well each time I lay down on it. Previous back aches, shoulder and hip pains are on an extended vacation...and I hope that they do NOT return. Thanks Turmerry.

I love my mattress topper! I also really appreciated the customer service. I needed to travel, so they held my shipment until I returned, which was perfect. I highly recommend the latex topper, I got the 3 inch soft version. I like it so much better than memory foam because it is still springy and there was no smell.

We are extremely pleased with our new natural latex mattress topper. The 3 inch is perfect for comfort and we have not slept so well in years. I sleep hot but the natural latex keeps me cool during the night. Topper is firm so I do not "sink in" but very comfortable. No odor when we opened it and we put it right on the bed. Due to shipping delays it took a long time to get here and the only negative thing I can say is that Turmerry did not really keep me updated on arrival times. However every time I reached out to them I got an immediate reply giving the current status of the shipment.

I love this pillow! For me personally it’s too hard to use for sleeping, however, it’s fantastic for so many other things!
I use it as a back rest when watching TV & I use it under my knees at night. It’s sooo much better than those wedges you can buy for that purpose. You can shape it any way you like. Higher, lower, different heights for each leg. It’s absolutely fantastic. You can’t do that with a solid wedge.
Of course, all of this is dependent upon whether or not I’m successful in wrenching this pillow away from my 2 cats, who have claimed it as their own.
Then forget about it if my Pitbull decides he wants it.
So happy with this purchase!!!

I ordered latex pillows that ended up being too "lofty" for my husband but was unable to return them in time due to surgery complications. When I wrote to the company to explain what happened, Jeff was AMAZING and super prompt in helping me easily return the pillows via a Fed Ex return shipping label AND helped me to apply the pillow credit to a latex topper with a 5% discount to boot! This is over-the-top (lil' "topper" joke) service!! It is so unusual in these times to not only NOT get a run around but rather to get SUPERIOR customer service from a person and company that obviously cares about their customers. I am SOLD on being a permanent Tumerry customer in the future!!!

Really wished I would’ve found these reviews before placing my order, it would’ve saved a lot of hassle.
We order a 3” soft organic latex mattress topper on the 4th of March with website giving us an expected ship date of 3-4 days. Not a problem. However, after waiting more than a week, on the 11th of March, I “chatted” with a bot, who sent an apology email explaining their shipment was delayed and expected to arrive in the 14th of March which then would take their team 1-3 days to process and ship my order out. I only live a state away from the “company”. This timeframe would’ve had us receiving our order by the 17th of March at the latest. It’s now the 21st and still no email explaining the yet again delay of our topper. I typically don’t mind waiting for a product if I’m kept in the loop as to the status but feel like if it weren’t for my inquires, I’d never know what’s happening. Companies that state an expected delivery date should stand by those. When it’s not possible ( we all know the supply chain problems/shipping) let the customer know! Reach out before the customer does. That’s just good business and a common courtesy! My husband attempted to cancel (the not yet shipped order) on Saturday the 19th and was told the cancellation would be passed onto the “supervisor”. Monday the 21st, no cancellation or refund has been processed. I cancelled again and received the same standard reply, “the cancellation and refund will be passed onto a supervisor. I asked for a timeframe to expect the cancellation/refund to be processed and was told “24-48 hours”. We’ll see and I’ll update when this occurs. We are already paying on the topper, yet haven’t received either product or refund. Disturbing. I will be submitting a complaint to the company in which I purchased it through as well.

UPDATE: Shortly after posting my review, Turmerry cancelled and refunded my order.

I totally love my mattress topper, took a little while to get here because of the way shipping is these days. But they kept me informed. And now I sleep like a baby. Thanks Turmerry

They will not refund my money on a canceled order. My order was backordered indefinitely (they did not bother to tell me until I asked about shipping timeframe) and they charged me and will not refund my money. I have canceled my order but they will not refund my money. No one will answer the phone and I keep getting the same email response for two weeks now: "I apologize. I will follow up with my supervisor and ensure your request is completed today. Thank you."

I think it's an auto response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I'm about to go to NC's attorney general's office. This is not a legit business.

Bought 3" med topper for our old hard mattress and could not be happier! My shoulders & hips no longer ache, no odor, just comfort! Think I"ll try the latex pillows next. Be patient supply chain issues may cause delay but it is worth the wait! Thanks again Turmerry.

Great company to do business with. I had a couple of questions, and every time I emailed them, they got back to me extremely fast. We love the mattress topper. I no longer wake up with a very sore/stiff back (2 back operations in the distant past).

I am so happy to get this mattress topper after sleeping on such a hard bed for the last 6 months. It really is comfortable and I sleep so much better!

So happy we bought this mattress topper. My shoulder and hip pain I was experiencing in the mornings is now gone! Very comfortable!

There was a several week delay- however, the seller responded right away and let me know when it would be shipping .
Everything is delayed these days!
I purchased this for a friend that does not do anything online.
He had purchased a new mattress that was very hard and was having a very hard time sleeping.
He has told me that his sleeping has improved!

I would definitely purchase from this company again.

It is Feb 2022, and I live in Los Angeles where we have a huge number of freight ships from the orient waiting to be unloaded due to Covid and other Issues, so when my Latex Topper was delayed from NC, I was not surprised and when I texted or talked to Turmerry, they told me I could cancel it, but that the only reasons for the delays in shipping is American Ports workers and trucking NOT being able to unload the ships and get the product to the buyers. Therefor I told them I would wait for the latex topper. They sell some of the very best latex products and other businesses and ports are having same problems, SO I DECIDED TO BE UNDERTANDING AND WAIT FOR IT ... it will be here tomorrow and I already know it is what I want ... not my first time buying latiex. I too had to wait almost two months for my 3" soft king topper but it was worth the wait. We have an almost new premium mattress that turned out to be much too firm causing hip and shoulder pain as a side sleeper. This topper has given me the first blissful sleep in months. I am especially pleased that when we unrolled it, there was no chemical smell - I actually feel safe sleeping on this mattress. Only issue is that it adds height to our already high bed so it can be a challenge to get into bed. I also felt like I might roll out of bed if I slept too close to the edge, but when I moved toward the center a bit, problem solved. I originally said I wouldn't buy from them again because of the delay, but I have changed my mind. As long as they don't ship FedEx, I'll be happy.

I'm hoping I didn't get scammed. I made a purchase on Jan. 30th and have not even received an email that my order has been shipped. I send them an email 5 days after I placed my order asking the status and was told "One of our containers arrived yesterday and another two in transit from the Charleston port which is expected to arrive by Friday. Taking into consideration the packing time, we are expecting to ship out the item in 10-14 business days as we are working on all our back orders including yours."
I called today and was told the same excuse. I am in the process of cancelling and I'm just hoping I would be able to get a refund

I also am experiencing delays in receiving the mattress toppers I ordered. The same thing as others have mentioned....I contact them and they say the products are on a ship stuck somewhere. It's been a month since I ordered my mattress toppers and on the App, it says only that the order has been received...no signs of it shipping. I hope also to write up an updated better review. I'm not sure yet what I feel about this company? It's upsetting that this seems to be their standard of practice.

I ordered the shredded latex pillows and found they were extremely squishy and not filled completely in the case. I returned them and ordered two solid latex pillows instead, they are nice and bouncy. I ordered a 3" firm topper in King, then decided to change the order to a 3" medium in queen. The order was always delayed and a few week later I still have not gotten my topper. I believe the shipments must be stuck on a boat along with lots of other merchandise and the ETA is up in the air. Just to let you know, I did order a another size natural latex topper for another company
as a futon and received it within 2 weeks of the order. I still have my order pending with Turmerry. However, I do believe in the company and the quality of their products. They do need better customer service and communication so customers know what is going on and so on. At times reaching them means leaving a message on the phone or an e-mail. Cheers.
