After two hours of waiting for the code to arrive in my email, I realized something was wrong. I started reading reviews here and realized I'd lost my money.
I guess there's no point in waiting for the code; no one will refund your money.
Don't use this site, and don't trust Google reviews; they're all lies.
I don't understand how their account hasn't been blocked yet and they're still working.

UPD. After 8 hours and 17 minutes of "instant delivery," I finally received my PSN top-up code. If you don't want to waste your nerves and need the code right away, like me, I don't recommend dealing with this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased 4 Gift Cards worth 500 TL each. A few hours later, I received a notification with the codes, but none of them worked. Even worse, the codes provided didn’t have a valid format (for example: "order2011###" was one of them), which immediately raised concerns.

I have been buying from this company for years without any issues, but the first time I made a larger purchase, this happened, which is extremely concerning.

I contacted customer support, but my ticket was closed without any response or resolution. I had to reopen it myself, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, but no response until now.

At this point, I feel completely misled and unsupported as a customer. I strongly recommend looking for alternatives — I have already started doing the same.

I requested a refund BEFORE the code was delivered, but they still sent it.

I did NOT use the code, and my ticket is still open with no response for days.

Customer support is ignoring me completely.

I just want my refund to my Binance account.

Be careful when dealing with this website.

On March 20, 2026, I placed order number 2311490 on your website. I purchased two digital items. These were a 25 USD Steam Wallet Gift Card and a 10 USD Steam Wallet Gift Card. The total order amount was 1.586,10 TRY. The payment was processed using my credit card.

Your website explicitly promises instant delivery for digital keys. However, after I completed the payment, the order status was marked as processing. No digital keys were delivered to my account or my email.

After waiting for more than 20 hours with no update, I contacted your customer support. I submitted a ticket stating that my order was still processing despite the instant delivery guarantee. I requested that the keys be delivered immediately or that the order be canceled for a full refund.

It has now been three days since the original purchase. The order status still says processing. I have not received the products I paid for, and I have not received a refund. Due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver the purchased goods, I have posted a review on Trustpilot. I expect a full and immediate refund to my original payment method.

UPDATE!: They are now refusing to cancel my order, even though their refund policy says, I am allowed to cancel my order and request a refund because the products have not been delivered yet.

Worst experience of my life. They claim to give instant delivery... They took 5 hours to process my order then didnt even send code when process was done. They asked me for more verification which i provided. Havent heard back from them since. There support is fake and a scam claiming they sent me the codes but clearly they cant even make their scam believable since the order status still says verifying. Support decided to close ticket himself and gave me an explanation full of lies. Be ware of this SCAMMING COMPANY they will take your money and completely ignore you !!! ( They have finally sent me the codes 7 days after. Support is so bad though no clear explanations wont be shopping here again.)

Paid for some goods and never received them due to verification process. Waited over a day without feedback. Support is useless they just say wait.

This was the worst experience I had so far I made this purchase over 6 days ago and didn’t receive my code till now over a week to get my code is absolutely ridiculous. I opened a support ticket and not a single reply over 4 days and no response I will never buy from this company again absolute joke I recommend to stay away.

Ordered a Microsoft 365 Family license. The received activation code did not work. Support told me to use a Turkish IP via VPN. Still did not work.
Now I'm not receiving any replies whatsoever from Turgame.

There was a purchase of a wholesale order, 15565, instead of 12-digit PSN codes, I received not converted their internal 14-16-digit sets of letters in EPY format, which had to be converted to their The internal system, but no one has done this and there has not been a single answer anywhere for a week. Therefore, if you have problems with the order, no one will solve them for you

After trying to redeem the code I get:

So the code is not working at all!

I purchased 500 TL Apple App Store gift cards on Turgame.com and even went through their very annoying authentication process. After payment, however, no codes were delivered. Support does not reply either. Money gone, no product, no service. For a site claiming to be reliable, this is completely unacceptable. Stay away!
