Official website experience disappointing compared to their eBay shop

Never had any issues ordering with Turen through eBay. The quality of their clothes are amazing - very soft and wash really well. Tried ordering from the official Turen website recently as they are no longer stocking their products on eBay. Experience was really poor in comparison - delayed shipping, their sizing chart wasn't helpful (would recommend going up 1 or 2 sizes in the men's Cacharel t-shirt unless you want a muscle/skinny/skin-tight fit), and they wouldn't respond to my emails to arrange a return. Won't be shopping here again
