Web site said item was in stock and I would have Wednesday if I paid $34 shipping. Today is now Thursday and now tracking. Contact them was told at first the now have 3to 4 handling days on all orders and the shipping was quoted wrong. Than we got another message it was refunded due to out of stock. Truck has been in a shop waiting for this part these clowns didn't even have. Don't shop here

Scam company They use the same name as tunerdepot.com but just add an “s” to it. Tunerdepot.com is legit whereas "Tunersdepot.com" is a scam That’s how they trick people into buying Stay away. This site is a total scam They take your money and never ship the product Customer service is a joke No phone support just emails that never get answered I ordered weeks ago and still nothing Save your hard earned cash and buy from a real company tunerdepot.com

What a worthless company. No shipping information. Can't find my stuff, lying about it. GM was supposed to overnight me my stuff then backed out called me back to start a argument. I will not deal with this company again. Worthless

Trash files, zero support!! This is a scam!! Do not buy from these clowns!! Horrible experience. “drive it and the issues may go away” what kind of answer is that. These people are not tuners just hacks out for a cash grab.

ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! sold me a product that needed troubleshooting during install- cant get ahold of anyone on the phone, emails only and takes 1-2 days just for a generic response. Asked for a refund and they said they need proof it's a defective product.. There's no customer service to diagnose the problem. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

I got the tune and had nothing but problems. I've tried emailing for a week and no response. I leave a bad review on there site and in 20 min I got a response. I've been back and forth with them about my issues and they keep giving me different excuses. Bad product.

Parts are good quality but the communication and customer service wasn’t great.

Their customer service was awesome and they were quick to help me fix some problems i was having! Made the whole process easy. And the prices where awesome as well! would recommend them.

I ordered a tuner with tunes and exhaust kit and EGR valve/cooler kit. Had technical issues uploading files to engine ECM, they only have technical support via email, and after a week of waiting for a half ass answer, I decided to unlink from them and go to service that could help me via phone call, and wouldn’t you know it, what took a week of waiting for a generic response answer I got help real time and had the tunes uploaded and the truck running in approx 1 hour

I made my purchase for myself L5P 2019 3500 Off Road delete kit with these people every time I sent e-mail they contacted me on time even when they had my four inch exhaust out of order they offered me the five inch or refund my money for Do not make me wait I am very grateful for the way they behaved with me I had doubts because of the reviews of the people I do not regret having bought with them everything is on the way only two weeks

Crappy products, no guidance, no support and real crappy customer service. I would return all I purchased if I could.

The customer service is a bot. I have called 4 time and email no return call or answered email. My complaint was they sent my part to a door company in Coco Florida. The door company called me to see did I have there parts
They told me my part was damage and they was calling UPS to send it back. There's no customer service just a bot.

Ordered a tuner and when it showed up it was an opened box and didn't work. Tried to contact them but no response.

Talked to long to process orders and lied about shipping date. Items when received will be returned

I just receive the headlights for my 02 black civic and they look really nice. Tunersdepot has everything I want and their site is so easy to navigate. I love their free shipping and their customer service is awesome. I will back for more. Thank you Tunersdepot.
