It worked perfectly, taking 10 years of Apple Music and putting it into Spotify in 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing.

This was the easiest platform I've ever used when trying to transfer music between different platforms. I really love that it also lets you know what songs were unable to be transfered. The entire process was easy, quick, and very worth the value.

It worked but very uncomfortable that I can't unlink my credentials even resetting password

Triple charged me when I tried to sign up for a subscription, then the 'Contact Us' form didn't work, so I can't request my money back as the company has no listed email or phone number. The music transfer that I paid for three times over didn't even work. Total scam.

Edited post resolution - I did eventually get the contact form to go through. Customer service responded within a day and refunded all my payments, and the music transfer worked. I guess I just had the bad luck of trying to sign up during a website crash.

Quick and easy, worth the money

The absolutely simplicity of using the product. Success in minutes. Imagine if Oracle worked like this. Or American cars. The economy would be on fire. Apps like this that require no skill to accomplish a simple task - moving data - should be studied by big business (that create confusion and mediocrity.)

I used TuneMyMusic briefly while looking at third-party options for YouTube Music. After granting access, the service went far beyond what any reasonable user would expect. It replaced the descriptions on all of my playlists with its own promotional message advertising their website, wiping out my original descriptions without permission. It also changed my playlist visibility from public to private. None of this was requested, needed, or disclosed. It served only their marketing interests and damaged my content.
This wasn’t a “transfer.” It was unsolicited modification and self-promotion inside my account. I immediately revoked access. The fact that a service feels entitled to overwrite personal information with advertising raises serious trust and privacy concerns. If this is considered normal practice for them, that’s a major red flag.
I will not use TuneMyMusic again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before granting them access to their music accounts.

The product is so good, was able to transfer most of my music very easily. It’s not perfect (eg. playlist dates and recency of adding liked songs won’t transfer, but that sounds like a big ask… They’re already doing the impossible with the metadata). Their customer service is great. I sent them an email because I was having a billing issue and they get back to you within a day or two! I totally recommend.

super easy to move over all my spotify songs thousands, and a large list of playlists, all worked perfectly within a couple of minutes only, superbe job!

It was inexpensive to transfer over 5,000 songs and the process was simple, fast and while not perfect - darn close. Serious help when changing from Apple Music to Tidal. Without it? No idea what I would do to get all my music into a better platform.

I wanted to transfer my playlists from YouTube Music to Spotify. What I have learned from hours of frustration and multiple interactions with support is that I have to transfer each playlist individually which is very tedious. I already did a test with other services that appeared to pick up my YouTube music playlists with no problem, but Tunemymusic simply cannot do this, though their support will not admit it, or give me a refund. They blame issues with YouTube Music instead.

Happy to pay for a service that saves that amount of time! My Spotify had thousands of songs, I never would've had the time to transfer manually. There are a few random mega mixes in there but considering the frequency with which songs aren't on yt I'm happy with the random remix, if not its easy to remove.
