Impossible to cancel renewal
Works for a couple of times and then gets banned. Same as most people (not bots) on here. There's a page for "cancelling your account" which does nothing. You only get a popup saying that it takes 48 hours for their staff to handle the request and, as expected, no body is handling anything. Cancelling your account should be immediate and hassle free. Anything else is a scam, much like this service.

Really nice program!
I was subscribed to the Spotify music convertor. I found that TuneFab was super easy to work with. their user interface on the app was super easy to navigate, and one feature I found especially helpful was that the output files can be pre-organized by folders with the same name and contents as the playlist I inputted to the app. When I went to unsubscribe, It was super easy, and I was able to continue using the program until the renewal date came, at which point, my subscription stopped, and I was no longer charged. As far as the functionality of the program, it truly is super fast as advertised. As long as my wifi is strong and quick, so too is the music conversion. There will be the odd song that glitches the program so it stops, but if I am able to catch it and resolve the glitch, it continues just fine.
Also, because I am doing an honest review, Spotify WILL ban your account if you use it with TuneFab's product. I had to keep creating burner accounts using different email addresses that I myself do not own (ie johnnyappleseed at gmail.com). That way, I could find the playlist I made on my real account, and use the Spotify product without having to worry about my real account being banned.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to download some music for themselves

This company does not allow you to cancel - DO NOT SIGN UP FOR IT!
I have sent multiple email messages asking for cancelling my account and I'm getting the runaround. They say "they helped me to cancel" but my account online says they plan to bill me in a month. If you want to waste your time and use something that doesn't work and then ask numerous times for them to cancel and not get responses, then this is the company for you. If I could give no stars I would. Also - Tunefab, if you are reading this - shame on you.

Impossible to cancel my subscription
It is impossible to cancel my subscription. I am not sure why is it not automatically cancelled but I have to wait 48hrs for customer support to help cancel and contact me? I think this is ridiculous.
I want Tunefab to cancel my monthly subscription and I want to see an update to my subscription status that it is cancelled, else I will call my Bank and file a complaint on this company.

It worked fine for a couple of days
It worked fine for a couple of days, untill spotify banned my account. They can detect the downloads.
So don't buy this, not only are you wasting your money, but if you have a cherished spotify account with years of playlists, ... bam ... gone!
