Resolved issue updating software on new laptop
Had issues loading the updated software to my new laptop but great experience in resolving the issue with the support team who had it fixed within a few days after a couple of email exchanges.

TuneFab support team really helpful
My first experience was not good - I found it hard to get support to sort out my access problems. Once their support team were aware of my difficulties and then several emails later it was resolved. Ultimately, I was impressed with their response and persistence to resolve the issue. It is now working exactly as advertised.

This is great app
This is great app to allow you to listen to your music offline and on other devices. I got the 1 year subscription and it has worked great for me. I would recommend this app to anyone that has a streaming subscription and want more power in how they listen to their music.

TuneFab - Great app and excellent support
I got TuneFab to download tracks from Amazon Music to learn to play covers. The app works great - fast & accurate. Problem was that Amazon won’t allow uploading of local files, but Spotify does, so I switched to Spotify. I explained this to the folks at TuneFab, and their customer support got back to me in a day and I was able to switch easily. Great app and great customer support. The way it should be.

No other downloading program can do what this TuneFab does when it comes to YouTube Music app!!!…
I have tried several other programs when it comes to downloading music from YouTube Music that I uploaded years ago. All programs were not able to download them and I thought I lost my music files permanently. TuneFab is amazing and fantastic! I bought the perpetual license because for YouTube Music because finally I can have my music files back!! Furthermore, using the Discord as a way to communicate for help has been amazing! Really grateful for their help and attention to detail! Thanks for all your hard work in staying on top of this program and keeping it updated!!

tunefab works beautiful and any issues are quickly resolved . I have no issues using the itunes apple platform. and i love this program
i will renew for a second time when I have to. I do not use Spotify but the issues with Spotify ARE WITH Spotify...not Tunefab.

My Spotify account got suspended. My inquiry to TuneFab has not been answered to date. Stay away: As soon as you enter your login details with TuneFab, Spotify will check what you are doing. And faster than you can blink, your account will be blocked.
After trying to get back my money on different ways:

Updates are key
Long ago I used another program that similar features. But because the developers did not continue with updates the program eventually stopped working. So having updates that keep up is key.
Besides that the program is amazing in its simplicity.
