Long wait times (over 30 minutes) to get a hold of someone. Once connected, the agent is very pleasant and helpful.

Not the best company to work for unless…
Not the best company to work for unless you with a certain ( community) you will go no where! No respect for older workers , if you want good benefits then go for it if you are looking to have any future there then don’t hold your breath
The same fault with my Tumi carry on…
The same fault with my Tumi carry on occurred where the handle jammed. While the first repair was covered by warranty, the second one wasn’t. Clearly there is no lifetime guarantee and they don’t stand behind their repair work. It has certainly made me question future Tumi luggage purchases and the true value of the brand
Excellent service at Northpark (Dallas)
I went to the Northpark (Dallas) store with two pieces of luggage that I managed to clean up (the light gray showed all of the dirt and the bags had been through some aggressive airport handling). Ross replaced the monogram on both pieces with a fresh one which really made a nice difference. Thank you, Ross.
Great product
Great product that you can rely on 100%
The wheel on my carryon broke and Tumi fixed it without a charge. I am so happy.
Greatest after-service ever!
Greatest after-service ever!
Tumi not only makes the best quality, they have the best after service I have ever experienced. I travel quite a bit and my luggage gets pretty much a good beating. Tumi just replaced my handle and wheels on a 7 years old carry-on without a charge
No longer a TUMI fan
Was an avid fan of Tumi Liggage for over 25 years. Recently went to buy some new pieces and the experience was dismal. Did not receive the full complete order (over a month now), and no communication. I have had to waste my valuable time contacting on three (3) different occasions to get resolved. It must be the new ownership from Samsonite, as the lack of customer service from Tumi is not what it once was, and what they prided themselves on, which is why I WAS such a loyal customer. I will buy from Briggs and Riley moving forward.
Enjoyed the Suitcase
purchased two a while ago excellent quality suitcases. Their umbrellas have proved more durable than my other purchases too.
Terrible Tumi customer service
The wheels on my Tumi haven't worked right since I bought it. I tossed it in a closet and went back to my TravelPro. Then decided to get it fixed. I paid for the shipping. They kept it for almost 2 months and sent it back and the wheels were the same. Were not spinning very well. I have reached out to Tumi twice by email and now was on hold with them for 20 minutes and my call got disconnected. DO NOT spend the money on a Tumi because you will need it repaired and they will not help you :( I tried to give them zero stars.
WORST and PATHETIC Customer Service of TUMI Vaughan Mills Outlet
Tumi is a great product but the customer service of Tumi especially Vaughan Mills Tumi outlet is PATHETIC. It is one of the WORST and DISGUSTING customer service I have ever seen across any store. I gave my bag belt under warranty for minor repair (stitch came out) and I was told that I will get it back within 2 weeks and now it is more than 4 weeks and still I have not got the belt. I have to call them multiple times to request for my belt and the funniest part is - their representative shamelessly tells that I can myself go to their repairmen and find out what is the status of my belt. They do not even bother to inform you about the delay instead when I called them multiple times they told that they will get back to me by end of the day and every day was the same story. I REGRET why did I bought Tumi bag OR why did I went to them for a small repair, instead I would have got this done through some repairmen by paying directly.
Stay away from TUMI!!!!!
I spent about $950.00 on a Tumi suitcase that was just over one year old. I don't travel often but treated myself & wife to some Tumi luggage. After my third trip in May '23 I notice that my suitcase was coming a part. Tumi charged me $50 to mail it to them for repair estimate. Two months later, I get my suitcase back from Tumi indicating it cannot be repaired and they would give me $450 towards me getting another similar suitcase, which now costs $1150!!! This is total BS from a once great company. They don't make quality products anymore and certainly don't stand behind them either. This $450 offer was an insult. I spent $950 and the suitcase is already unrepairable after 3 trips!! I noticed Tumi doesn't even bother to respond to others who have rated them lowly. Red flag!
Items were missing
Items were missing. That I know I did order them though it shows that apparently I didn't..,... Especially my all purpose blades........ This app is a joke you cannot even talk to a real person...... Spend over $300 with this app I'll never do this again I'll make sure they're blocked for my life
Will never buy this product again
Will never buy this product again, high priced and when a zipper failed it was replaced with an even worse zipper and then it became unrepairable and Tumi offered me a small gift certificate that had to be used to repurchase their faulty merchandise …No thanks I’ll buy elsewhere! Way overpriced with bad customer service!
I ordered a retro gaming system and it…
I ordered a retro gaming system and it did not work. They should test every system before they ship them.
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage.
Shamelessly overpriced at the "luxury" level, most of these bags are made with cheap components that become problematic and eventually lead to useless pieces of luggage that the company takes no responsibility for and makes it very challenging to have repairs.
Flaming garbage
Flaming garbage. Spend 500 on an expandable bag in ballistic nylon, watch the garbage leather handles crack and fall apart, nylon start to fray, and zippers start to fall apart after less than 2 years. You’ll get more value from burning your money.
I had the handle break on my one year…
I had the handle break on my one year old suitcase. I sent it in for repair and got it back in late October 2022. I just returned from my 3 rd trip with the suitcase and the handle that was fixed broke again. Tumi service said that if I sent the luggage to them at their service center they would let me know how much it would cost me to have them repair the luggage. It would cost $167 to mail the luggage to their center and I would be liable for the repair that they did and failed. Their web site says "We pride ourselves on delivering world-class customer service. And, we really mean it." However their actions do not support their claims. I have been a loyal Tumi customer for 40 years but I will buy my new suitcase from someone else. Premium price terrible quality and no warranty at all. Very disappointed. Deb from the Desert
Customer Service is really appalling
Well TUMI EU Customer Service is really appalling. Your executive (the lazy lad) from your Sales and Service EU takes weeks to respond to an email and get a resolution? I am surprised TUMI products under 2 years warranty are not considered or replaced if torn. The customer service team is a joke and there is no proper channel to get help from TUMI. My two fold card case just tore and I am struggling past 5 weeks for a solution. Please get better people in your CS team or have the bots advise a solution.
Free shipping means nothing if it's junk.
I received my order. Some clothes and a cooking knife. Quality was equivalent of a carnival prize. Pocket in pants wasn't even sewn. I thought I was ordering some cotton cargo pants. Ended up with cheap '80s polyester parachute pants. WTH? Never buy their crap. It's cheap, chinese junk.
Dont buy an aluminum luggage from them
Dont buy an aluminum luggage from them. It is a waste. After warranty expires they wont help you. The metal bends so easily, leaving the luggage unable to close correctly.
Very Bad Quality and Service !
There was a defect on the handle, which cracks and became sticky. I wrote to Tumi Malaysia.
There is absolute silence even after sending reminders. This is not the kind of service that we expect from TUMI and the price / quality we are paying. I do not expect myself to buy a TUMI anymore in the future !!
