I was slightly sceptical when placing my first order for a roman blind for my son's room despite receiving excellent customer care on the phone pre-order. The blind arrived and was amazing! Great quality, perfect size, easy instructions on how to fit so I had no hesitation in ordering two more blinds for different bedrooms. We are thrilled with all of them. They look like very expensive blinds. The quality is so good and I can't quite believe the price we paid! I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

Exhaustive range of fabrics. Samples arrive fairly quickly - a bit on the small side but ok. Measurement and ordering process is clear and simple. Quotes are instantaneous. Once order is placed it can be tracked thereafter. Fabrication time is acceptable. Goods are wrapped well to avoid damage. The quality of the workmanship is very good. The blinds are exactly the measurements we asked for. The patterns on the two separate blinds have been cut so that they exactly match. (Well done. We were not sure if that would be done.) Installation instructions are clear - but could be just a little clearer. The fixing clip is ingenious but it is not immediately obvious how it all works and what you need to do to manipulate the blind into place and to make it all work. One of the blinds fell down after a week or so and I had to reinstall the blind. One of the clips was broken. The good news is that we were sent at least two spare fixing clips. I am prepared to admit that it was my fault that the clip broke while I was installing it as I am not very good at this kind of thing. In summary - I would have liked to give a score of 9 out of 10 but as you can see above - we are not given that option.

I have made 3 orders over the last six months with Blinds2go. Very easy ordering system. I have ordered 2 made to measure wooden blinds and one made to measure Roman Blind. On all 3 occasions blinds arrived within 2 weeks and were all made accurately to my measurements with clear and easy fitting instructions. My only small criticism is that at £23.95 per metre I was expecting the material i chose for the Roman Blind to be a bit more heavy weight. Possibly my fault though as I didn't pre-order a swatch of the material. Overall a positive shopping experience and I would buy from Blinds2go again.

I have purchased both Roman and Roller Blinds from Blinds to Go and have been very satisfied with both. Service is excellent!
I would give them 5 stars, but I find the chain that lowers and lifts the blind a little short and this makes Blinds a little to operate as they are situated over my kitchen sink and worktop. However, they are well made and good value for money.

My Velux blinds arrived quickly, were easy to fit and provide perfect blackout cover. The Roman blinds I first ordered took a bit longer but were beautifully finished, so worth the two week wait.

Last year I purchased some vertical blinds and had to alter the length of them(with some difficulty) as my dimensions given were not adhered to! I have no better news for the roller blinds I have just purchased from you. One was o.k. but the other was one cm.short of the width I asked for. Again I have decided to keep it ,for now to save hassle in sending it back.
I will not be using 'Blinds to go anymore!!!!
