Another fantastic holiday at RIU Palace Boavista, great selection of food & drinks all of good quality. Made to feel very welcome by many members of staff as returning guests. Beautiful location. Great inflight service from TUI crew & helpful resort representatives

Very disappointed, basically we got a 2/3 star resort sold to us as a 5 star. So many issues every day from check-in to checkout. No air conditioning in room and restaurants, rooms with cockroaches, no change of towels available every day… service in restaurants bad..no ice at the beach bar.. broken sunbeds, mess up bookings etc. I wouldn’t go back there even if it’s for free…

amazing hotel, loved it. great breakfast, large rooms, 15 min walk to Santa Maria’s center if you wanted a meal out. Great beach where you can order drinks to be brought to you from the bar by just scanning QR code. nothing to complain about, very relaxed holiday in a great hotel.

Lovely hotel, best quality food, always something new to try. Staff were amazing, so happy and helpful. Some areas needed sprucing, but work was ongoing, without disruption. Island Cape Verde has nothing to see, so we had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Special assistance teams were excellent 5 stars to all.

Hotel grounds great food disgusting some staff helpful some not special assistance in Manchester very dissapointing and tui cabin crew not helpful with disembarking due to not being in wheelchair so presumed all okay
