Outbound - no complaints. Inbound - a debarked. Air changed from Dreamliner to GetJet airways . Lithuanian crew- little English and poor customer interaction. 11/2 hour delay, sat on board with no information. Booked and paid for4 seats together, but split up- several rows apart. No on board shop. Complimentary snack and drinks ran out before we were all served. Last time we book with TUI!!

Outward bound to. JA was not pleasant, a few air hostess were, not helpful, and seemed to be selective to whom they dealt with.

The flight home was a shambles the coach transfer got us to the airport 1 hour 45 mins before the flight we then had to queue for 90 mins to check in we then had to run through security and out to the aircraft. The cabin crew where slow and did not complete the full service on a 2 hour flight. The last time I flew was in 2000 on the same route and the crew did a drink service, meal service and a full duty free service. On this flight they only did a drink service and 1/2 the duty free service. This needs to be sorted.

Was a really good flight both ways and no delays which was fab, the only thing I would recommend is making seat prices cheaper, I actually didn't book seats for this reason, I don't know why you charge unless you want extra leg room.

Terrible experience. Our flight home was delayed by over 3 hours and we have still had now compensation. The plain home was also not a TUI plane we absolutely no unflight service. Including food or drinks. I made a complaint a week ago and have still not been contacted. I was travelling on my own with 2 children. Terrible experience.

Really impressed with the TUI service from correspondence and accessibility when booking and answering questions / making adjustments to booking. To free lounge with premium tickets both at MAN and MLB. We will definitely rebook in future. Thank you!
