Had a 12x12 installed last November. After installing multiple counters and shelves discovered the shed’s out of plumb by a good margin. Also, most of the rear wall (manufactured at their site) the na... See more

REMEDY: I am totally unhappy with this product and the install. Please make arrangements for extensive repair, or pick-up the unit an do whatever. Refund my money in full. (I have pictures)
Installer came today, 9/15/2023. Install professionalism does not even rate a Star. Roof is incomplete, the peg board was damaged upon delivery and the installer installed it anyway, Floor is made of some weak, inferior type of composite that the installer damaged three times... then he attempted to cover it up with paint. UNACCEPTABLE BUILDING PRACTICES. Uneven cuts in siding, loose nails and untrimmed building wrap. There are a zillion protruding nails from the roofing nails. Installer spent a large portion of the day on the roof. Daylight can be seen through the walls. Trim is crooked and does no fit flush and siding. Sloppy paint job. PS: On 9/22/2023 it rained and soaked the inside of the shed.
I really don’t know where to start
I really don’t know where to start. My tough journey shed started back in December 2022. I went through three sales reps before my shed site was ready and I could have them finally delivered. They came and installed it on site, and I thought it look good until I took a closer look. The Quality is is OK, but the construction is subpar. All of the hurricane straps were placed to low in a position where I would not be able to put drywall on my walls. I called them back to have it repaired, they fixed a few of them, and the rest of them are the same, keep in mind I ordered a premier tile ranch with a residential door in windows to convert this into an office. I also noticed that a few of the A-frame’s were tilted, and the end caps weren’t framed well and you can see exposed nails. I sent my last detailed email to them eight days ago and I have not gotten any responses. Don’t expect a great customer support experience if you decide to buy one of the sheds. Cost me $10,000
23 x 18 She Tuff Shed…
We built a new 23 x 18 she shed for my wife, I met Tom Lichon (630-370-3798) at the Lake County Fairgrounds in the spring and just loved his energy and attention to detail, Tom did everything from the start to the end. He clearly communicated and scheduled the work to be done on our shed.
The workmanship on both our cement foundation and the building structure was very good and I would highly recommend my installation crew. Everyone inside of Tuff Shed and the contractors performing the installation where best in class.

I have two Tuffsheds
I have two Tuffsheds, a small garden shed and a larger one that is intended to be an office/gym. Tuffshed screwed up the installation of the roof and the building leaks like a sieve. I have called Warranty Service and my finishing contractor has as well both of us have gotten the runaround because it is and I quote their busy season. Based on their performance and failure to remediate their work, I would have to recommend avoiding engaging with them.
Tuff Shed
David Montes and his crew did a very good job building this shed. Very professional. Was there when he said he’d be there. Was on time, cleaned up before they left, and went over things about the product. Highly recommended.
I will enjoy my new garage.
Though the process was slow, I am very excited to have my new garage. The contacts I spoke with were kind, informative and sincere.

My mom recently was shopping a shed and Louis at Tuff Sheds off Fort Campbell Blvd was very helpful thru the whole process and made my mom feel very comfortable with her purchase. She’s is no up and she is loving it. Thank you!
Stay away
Stay away, sold me and charged me for cement board and never constructed it with cement board and now can't get a refund even with all the email proof.
Good workers, poor quality
We recently had a Tuff Shed installed (Pensacola, FL) and at the time of installation it looked good, the gentlemen doing the installation were very nice, they left the work area clean. But once we started moving items into the shed and really looked at the quality - it is greatly lacking. Some of the studs are not in straight, In some places we can see the ground through the crack between the floor and the siding. On one side the rafters are not resting on the top header (hope that is the right term). And when it rains we have a leak. Haven't been able to identify exactly where it is coming from. So I would say customer service was good - quality of product is definitely lacking. This was an expensive mistake. Top price did not get us top quality. It is a 12 x 20 with the galvanized steel base.
Worst Craftsmanship Ever
Worst Craftsmanship Ever! Incredibly poor job of assembling!
Obviously No Quality Control.
Think twice!
Probably a good shed if it was put together properly. Good luck finding one of those.
Beware of unfair fees
My wife got a quote from them. I later contacted them, sent some pictures and said it wouldn't be a normal installation. they said great revised the quote (more $$) did not come out. built the shed came out to install and it wouldn't fit (to Tall) so loaded it back up and left, later they charged me an additional fee for engineering to rebuild a shed (that I already paid for in full) and took forever to get the new shed.
Buying…The tuff shed experience
Buying my tuff shed was a good experience starting with the salesman Jason who made me feel at home,He started out by showing me all the different models and then he explained to me all the configurations that were available so I could make the best decision for me. I am very satisfied with the work and treatment I received from Jason to the carpenters all professionals thanks to all John
I had several conversations with Selena…
I had several conversations with Selena in the El Paso, TX office today and she walked me through the build-a-quote process as well as the contract, purchase and installment. She was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Her courteous manner and exceptional efficiency made me WANT to write a review about how client friendly she is. Ron, El Paso
Great Shed that will last for decades
Tuff Shed made my "Shed Buying" experience a great one. Jason Evans patiently walked me through the options and let me take my time deciding. The delivery and set up process was set up around my schedule so that was a plus. These are not the least priced sheds, but the quality is apparent once you start to store your stuff inside and see how weather-tight it is. Thanks Jason!
Purchased a 6 x 10 Tuff Shed and had it…
Purchased a 6 x 10 Tuff Shed and had it installed. Decent quality but poor value as it is pricey to say the least. Tuff Shed requires payment up front, which is bad business for the homeowner because when you want something corrected Tuff Shed is quick to exchange emails but doesn't follow through with corrective action. I ended up paying someone else to fix the issue.
Great company
Great company. Professional. Competent. The finished product looks great. From start to finish very painless. Recommend 100%.
Great if you only want a shed.
One of my co workers in Denver built a Tuff Shed for his home studio and I thought that would be great for me. I am in Raleigh so I worked with the TS team here to design a semi-custom solution for me. We discussed how it would be finished and insulated. TS did the permitting and install but several things became an issue soon after. A window was installed where no window should have been and, when TS was notified I pretty much got a shrug. I needed to hire someone to remove the window and repair the siding. Also apparently TS is not a GC so I had to become the GC instead of them to get electrical permits done. Again, a shrug from TS. There are no eve vents in the roof so if you want to insulate the building it is up to you to have those cut in, installed and the rafters modified. The rafters were not even so you need to fur them out for drywall. The transom windows are glued in and not caulked so you need to caulk these if you want a weather proof seal (they are not insulated or thermally broken by the way). In the end it cost me over $1300, or more than 10% the cost of the shed, to modify the shed for use as a studio. So my recommendation is, if you want a shed, get a Tuff Shed, if you want anything else, build it from scratch.
Tuff Shed & David Montes (C&M) & team.
David Montes (C&M) and his team built my TR800 Tuff Shed and did a great job. He was timely, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. David and his team made sure that the Shed was level correctly before building the floor, walls and roof. His team was customer focus and answer all of my questions. I was extremely please with their installation of my Tuff Shed and and they cleaned up after they were done. TuffShed process was extremely customer focus from the ordering process, scheduling when the shed will be built and installation at my home. I would recommend using Tuff Shed ( Tony Fowler, Hanna and David Montes crew). Tuff Shed has a 5 year warranty as well.
Great Service!
Great Service!! Had my Tuff Shed installed last week and I love it!! Great customer service as well!!!
we ordered and paid for a custom garage…
we ordered and paid for a custom garage from home depot ( tuff shed ) in May of 22 we have been told so many lies 2Xs it was on the way date set contractors to install dates and no one showed up nor did the shed it was over 14K to buy and we still have no garage what a bunch of liars they dink you around person to person and know one is honest or returns your calls this company needs a class action law suit for fraud and taking peoples money . How dare they even show advertisements when they have no one to install the stuff they sell . And worst my father is 80 years old so taking advantage of elderly to boot I would never recommend a POS company like this ...
