Better Packaging Needed
The shelves were delivered swiftly. One of the packages was open and pieces of the shelves were scattered over the floor of the delivery truck. We were luckily able to check that the driver had retrieved all the pieces by using the instruction sheet. A couple of the MDF shelves had their corners dented. Putting the shelves together was pretty straight forward and the finished shelves are sturdy and fit for purpose. The bottom line is the packaging needs to much better.

Really impressed with the product
Really impressed with the product. Not the cheapest and not the quickest delivery. But I got the 600kg shelf option and it was so easy to assemble. Obviously will have to see if it stands the test of time but so far I'd definitely get another.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. DX (courier) damaged several items in transit and the customer services sent a replacement immediately (next day - thankfully via DHL this time). No hassle and great prices. Would highly recommend and would use again for future purchases.

The product is good but I had to return…
The product is good but I had to return one pack of shelving I used UPS which is was signed for by Ben who works for them but them iam told they haven’t seen the item returned & demanded a photo which unfortunately UPS couldn’t provide ( UPS were recommended by them) I requested they check their CCTV ref time & date quoted still wtg for them to respond as they can’t be bothered. Customer Service by there so called Manager was awful.. Needs to go on a training course on how to talk to customers

Order arrived promptly the day after…
Order arrived promptly the day after ordering. Package was undamaged and shelves went up easily with minimum fuss. I put up a 2400mm long unit on my own but a second person to hand would make the job slightly easier. Quality is decent. Very happy with the product and the service
