Price of the products was good and competitive compared to other companies.
Delivery was very prompt and the delivery time slot was pretty much bang on to when they said they would deliver the parcels to my home address.

Excellent product. Easy to erect with the help of a rubber hammer and a youtube video. Looks the part. If you have the space I would recommend 600mm x 1200mm x 1800mm.

Sturdy product exceptionally easy to assemble
We are so delighted with the garage shelving which arrived very quickly after we ordered it.
My husband and I are not DIY people and had been discussing the need for some garage shelving for the last couple of years but didn't quite know how to go about it. That is until, quite by chance, we saw the TV advert. After a few simple measurements we placed our order straight away.
We ordered a set of 3 units and amazingly we managed to get them all assembled in an afternoon. We couldn't believe how easy it was to put the pieces together. The finished shelving is really sturdy and our garage looks so much tidier.
As a result, I would highly recommend this product.

Straight forward to construct
Easy to order, excellent delivery time, pretty straight forward to construct, although I would suggest that it is probably best approached as a two person job, the racking is strong and looks good when fixed to the wall in our garage.

Poor quality and misleading instructions
No issues with delivery or service but the product is not fit for purpose and the instructions are misleading.
The first step, as per the instructions, is to fit the feet. But as soon as you move onto subsequent steps and need to use the mallet to secure the various parts, the plastic feet just break and split. I am now left with no feet to stabilise the unit.
Word of warning: don't fit the feet until the metal carcass is intact and there is no longer any need to use the mallet.
